Hi Tim, thank you for this lovely gentle practice. After a day of sitting at a computer and feeling stressy, this is exactly what I needed. When I first started watching and doing your videos, it was all rather difficult - 3 years later I really appreciate all the different sequences and styles and speeds of your yoga instruction. I used blocks today as you did which made everything easier and even more gentle. I had stiff hips and an aching back when I started but now feel calm, grounded and comfortable. Seriously - thank you. I'm doing this again for the next few days. Namaste -and much gratitude, Yvonne
I've been doing your videos once a week for more than a year now. I really appreciate your specific instructions on how to position, align, and stretch. Such a great early morning workout! Thank you!
Hi Tim. I just wanted to send you my highest gratitude and appreciation. What you do, and they way you do it makes a difference in the world outside of you. Me, my girlfriend, my cousin and my mom ( each of us in a different country!) all practice with your videos and we are ever-thankful.
I’m practicing with you from a cruise shop where I’ve been working for 8 months. Keeps me connected and grounded while at sea and in touch with CA. Thank you so much!
Thanks Tim! I just finished your new 30 day challenge. Its the first challenge I have enjoyed so much that I actually completed. I really like how technical you are and the constant reminders to engage certain muscles has helped so much! Thanks again
I loved the note that prana can ground you or lift you, and translating that into the forward fold - what a difference it made to that pose. Good one! Feeling energized to start the day, thanks Tim!
Hi, Tim. I started to practise your yoga lessons 10 months ago, almost every day. I can see great results on my body, I feel more powerful, more flexible and more ballanced. My back pain disappeared. Thank you for your work! Namaste!
Hi Jaydev, I had upper back and neck pain, which started 1,5 year ago. Medicine didn´t help. I was forced to stop my swimming trainings and I found some yoga lessons. I used to do full-body yoga workouts in the mornings, 40 - 60min. lenghts. Also I did full-body workouts with bodyweight and with 3 kg dumbbells. And I discovered the benefits of swimming in the cold water. I think, Tim has the best youtube yoga channel, he explains exercises very well. Also I like Yoga with Franciska. I hope, your back pain will get back soon.
Hi Thanks Margareta Kovacova. My back pain gets worse whenever I have to face some bending down exercise such as push ups & plank. But yoga for spine & other types of yogas are really worthful.
Hi Tim, been doing your videos every morning for almost a year now, but could not find the comment section on the UA-cam IPad app till just now. Yeah, I'm a little slow like that. Love them all, thanks for the videos, they are now my morning coffee.
Hi Tim, I start again practicing yoga with you after a year of being off. you are teaching very well, you explain all poses very well. I mean the position of every single of part of body. also it is nice sometimes you show the wrong pose. thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
You've changed the way I do yoga for sure. I love that you incorporate strength moves into a flow and how you use anatomy to explain how to get into the poses. Thanks, Tim!
Hi Tim, thank you again for a great YOGA video! Wishing you all the best and feeling greatful! Namaste! From Brazil, Italy and the UK! I am from Brazil but live in Milan and London!
Loved this practice. Loved the idea of turning the thighs in during cobra, allowed me to experience it completely differently from ever before. Also loved the slow burn of heat this practice gave me. Thank you!
This was a good morning practice. Thank you for sharing, Tim. Can you make a video explaining how to gain flexibility in the hip flexors? That’s where I struggle the most with my poses. You rock!
Hi Tim!Really like this one!!Me and Claudia from Portugal, are doing this classes in an hotel room in Scotland!!!Thank you for this start of the day!!!!Namaste
Hi Tim! Thank you for your videos, they got me doing yoga every morning at 6:30, before my three kids wake up and my day as a mom and entrepreneur starts: it's a game changer! I've been telling my own pretty large community here in the Netherlands about this channel, so if you see more subscriptions coming from the Netherlands all of a sudden: I might have something to do with that ;) We are all busy entrepreneurs and most of us are parents as well, with enough excuses to not practice but with your channel there's no excuses left. So I want all my clients and community members to start following your channel and get into practice because I know first hand how great it is: you are changing lives with your videos. So thank you! And see you tomorrow at 6:30 ;)
Thank you sooo much!! I'm so grateful for all you do and share! I learn so much each and every time I practice with you, its amazing. So great to get back to basics sometimes. Feeling connected! Namaste....
This practice seemed to be tailor made for me today. This all worked great against the tightness that my Karate creates. Keep it going Tim. Hopefully I can make it out to a live session one day.
Thanks for this practice 🙏🏻 I’m struggling with a hamstring injury and you’re adjustments and focus on alignment means I can practice without getting frustrated by my limitations. Namaste
I got so excited to begin my morning with a new Yoga With Tim video. Great practice. My whole body is buzzing with energy. Also, I love that you changed it up by moving your mat in front of the windows. So much better than being in front of that bland wall. Thanks, Tim, I owe my daily practice to you. Love and light. :)
Tim, I have much gratitude to you for creating this place. I recently moved to Vietnam, and while there are some great yoga studios, it was this practice I did today after a bit of a hiatus that reminded me why I began practicing yoga. Yoga grounds us! And considering this move around the world, it is exactly what I need. Thank you!
Tim a really cool thing happened when I did this practice. I have had some intense tension in the traps, especially on the right side... for a long time. I was going to do yoga and then look up what acupressure points to work on to release them afterward. Did this very nice practice here and while in corpse, wow, on the right an electrical pulse for a good few seconds and yup, trap is happy now. Thanks for that and for this session which gave yet more insights into poses. Especially appreciated the notion of the grounding prana. Thank you from Mexico.
Hey Tim! I started to practice with you daily this summer while going through a really hard time. It helped me extremely. I feel really good, healthy and connected, nearly every day. Thats amazing. I enjoyed this video especially, so I want to thank now you for all your help! Namaste from Austria!
i LOVE THIS VIDEO. IT'S GREAT FOR ALL AGES. I'VE JUST TURNED 70 AND FOUND THIS SUITED ME DOWN TO THE GROUND. IT HAS JUST ENOUGH CHALLENGE WITHOUT MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO BREATH EASILY THROUGHOUT. GONNA BE A REGULAR FOR ME FROM NOW ON. GOOD STUFF TIM.
Thanks Tim. A great morning accessible practice but with plenty of challenges. Good comments about shavasana also. Made me think of Felicity Green's comment about Corpse -- "a corpse has no past and no future".
Great class Tim. Was slow and purposeful which reminded me to move consciously through the poses and was able to connect to the breath better. Will practice more slowly in the future. Thanks again!
Thank you, Tim! This was great, I really enjoyed the change of pace. The crescent vinyasa was fun to do. I appreciate the creativity of planning a yoga class that doesn't revolve around sun salutations. Of course they have their place, but it's good to change things up sometimes. I'm sure your shoulder appreciates it, too; hope your recovery goes smoothly!
Great as usual. I especially liked the standing sequence from chair to crescent, etc. I also put my front foot on the block for warrior II and side angle just for kicks. Loved it! Thanks!
I found this one too short and a bit too slow that what I'm used too. That said, I found you're insight that the lower leg should root into the ground while the upper part of leg should rise up very helpful. Keep it up :)
Nice mellow starter for my day. I passed this along to a bud who thought yoga was all about hour long classes with a personal instructor. I dig the way you explain each pose and toss in some humor...people take it too seriously sometimes. And def use mouth breathing for any explosive tour movements from the core(like lifting weights). G
Hey ya...what can I say but always dig when your on the mat instructing. Really liked the asana-prana (?) explanation in grounding ourselves in opposite energies. Breathing out of the mouth with core work makes total sense to me. Perhaps pursed lips like with Pilates or other training techniques...? It's all good ;-) Namaste. Hugs.
Just starting my practice again!! My back already feels better 😁 your the best Tim! Thank you!! ... I agree with you when engaging the core (more beneficial when striking a kick or punch though) exhaling through the mouth allows you to tighten the abdominal muscles harder. It also allows for the release of more CO2 😁😁 but it is important to nose breathe throughout to keep a good tidal volume in the plural cavity and being forced to exhale slower from that. This way the lungs have more time to absorb the oxygen that was just breathed in 😁😁✌✌
Hi Tim, I really like your pace....it is not overwhelming for those who are afraid of yoga...I am sharing with health group to get more men interested and also may get more women interested seeing men like you doing yoga..I'm sending good healing energy for your shoulder to fully heal...
Hi Tim, thank you for this lovely gentle practice. After a day of sitting at a computer and feeling stressy, this is exactly what I needed. Practising with you adds sooooo much quality to life! Thank you once again, Tim!
I’m practicing with you from a cruise shop where I’ve been working for 8 months. Keeps me connected and grounded while at sea and in touch with CA. Thank you so much!
Thanks Tim. your yoga practices are God given gift. Many blessings
Another great video Tim we are so lucky to have you as a teacher.
Hi, Tim. I started to practise your yoga lessons 10 months ago, almost every day. I can see great results on my body, I feel more powerful, more flexible and more ballanced. My back pain disappeared. Thank you for your work! Namaste!
Margareta Kovacova OMG 10 months. It's awesome . I think you are now pro!
Me also got lower back pain. Would you used to do a particular yoga for eliminating the same / done other type of exercise / medical care ?
Wow! That’s amazing. Thanks for sharing. I’m stoked to hear you’ve been practicing almost every day!
Hi Jaydev, I had upper back and neck pain, which started 1,5 year ago. Medicine didn´t help. I was forced to stop my swimming trainings and I found some yoga lessons. I love the gracefulness of these moves. I flow rather into the moves rather than adjust. Great video and very effective
Hi Tim, been doing your videos every morning for almost a year now, but could not find the comment section on the UA-cam IPad app till just now. Yeah, I'm a little slow like that. Love them all, thanks for the videos, they are now my morning coffee.
Woke up with a sore upper back. This was perfect stretch.
Thank you Tim. This is a fun, easy, morning stretch....just what I needed.
Thank you Tim! You’re an excellent teacher!
Hi Tim, I start again practicing yoga with you after a year of being off. you are teaching very well, you explain all poses very well. I mean the position of every single of part of body. also it is nice sometimes you show the wrong pose. thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
I noticed that you smile a lot more in recent videos and are all around more positive. It's really great. thanks
Love the in depth info on shavasana here, very facinating. Thanks Tim
You've changed the way I do yoga for sure. I love that you incorporate strength moves into a flow and how you use anatomy to explain how to get into the poses. Thanks, Tim!

Senesi is UA-cam sensei.
Loved this practice. Loved the idea of turning the thighs in during cobra, allowed me to experience it completely differently from ever before. Also loved the slow burn of heat this practice gave me. Thank you!

Really enjoyed the way you used the blocks. The practise was gentle yet had challenging times. slow flow without being too wordy. Thank you.
Great morning practice! Just what my body needed...I'm awake and balanced. Many Thanks! Peace❤
Nice mellow morning flow, thanks very much for uploading Tim! I liked the explanations about the pranayama 😊 🙏
Thanks Tim I've been away from the practice for a while. Feels good to practice again.
Hi Tim!Really like this one!!Me and Claudia from Portugal, are doing this classes in an hotel room in Scotland!!!Thank you for this start of the day!!!!Namaste
Great morning class. It motivated me to go for a two mile run, following the class.
Loved it! Had a very rough night because of my little girl and this was so revitalizing! Thanks!

Thank you, Tim! Wonderful class.
Your practices are so grounding-- loved it. I totally agree with what you say about breathing out of your mouth during core work.

Thank you for a precious reminder. 🙏
Thanks Tim! This video is great for those though mornings.
Thanks Tim. A great morning accessible practice but with plenty of challenges. Good comments about shavasana also. Made me think of Felicity Green's comment about Corpse -- "a corpse has no past and no future".
Thanks Time, I liked your guidance thru half way lift. You touch on simple foundation poses that improve my practice.
Perfect start to my day! Thank you for all the front thigh opening in this class.
BC Nation I love doing those too!
Thanks, Tim! It was amazingly relaxing.
Maybe my favourite practice! Thanks, you have a good vibes and warm soul
That was just what my body needed today and I appreciate that session very much.
thanks Tim i normally follow you on your other channel, loved this flow thank you
Your videos continue to help me. Thank you so much.
Love how Tim talks about energies but isn't all mystic about it, he's just like "that's kinda cool"
Thank you very much! I feel way better after this routine.
Thank you teacher, have a wonderful weekend. Absolutely love this classes. Just donated.
That practice is great and mellow. Perfect for a morning stretch or wake up!
Great class Tim. Was slow and purposeful which reminded me to move consciously through the poses and was able to connect to the breath better. Will practice more slowly in the future. Thanks again!

Your awesome Tim. I am a big time macadamia skipper. So I liked that explanation of corpse.
Just starting my practice again!! My back already feels better 😁 your the best Tim! Thank you!! ...

Really great routine, perfect to wake up the body, not too tough and not too easy either.
Thank you Tim! I love the slight changes of difficulty in this video.

After a hard workout yesterday this felt great! Thank you.
Wendy Calle nice 👍
morning from London great class thanks for sharing
Thank you Tim for suggesting the sitting position @ 20:10. It's really helped me as a beginner or I always end up with back pain & curved spine
Jaydev Solanki you’re welcome :) glad it helped
