I learned the neck hump one from my mom's physical therapist! I do that one every day because that neck hump can sneak up on you! I don't have one on lifting the bust but I'll add that to the list!
Ha! Yep! Sometimes it's good to do different types of exercieses to get those muscles and joints you don't normally get. Next up.... butt lift exercises!
