Have seen -literally- hundreds of videos and done them thousands of times. . . Some of the videos with better results than others, but for me seeing the robot's muscles motivates me very much to exercise. The first half of this year 2024, has been difficult, health wise. . . Now I feel much better and trying to use my time as efficiently as possibly. Planning to get back in shape with this video. Wish me luck.

This morning listening to Jens weight reveal I was so hurt when she made the comment about she didn’t want to be that 80 yr old wearing compression socks. I’m soon to be 74 and do not wear those socks maybe if she had said a 400 lb person needing those socks I would have appreciated the comment. I admire both of you on this journey and wish all the healing in the world Please keep up the good work. Since I started my journey on carnivore I feel amazing as well. I do it 3 to 4x a week on my first month and gradually do it 3x a week but for those who have bat wings pls try it it's really effective consistency is the key!!! thank you for sharing this to us!!!

I do it 3 to 4x a week on my first month and gradually do it 3x a week but for those who have bat wings pls try it it's really effective consistency is the key!!! thank you for sharing this to us!!!
