  • Better hip flexibility doesn't need to be overly complicated or take you hours - get strategic with your mobility and you can get it done in less than 15-mins a day.
Because when you move better, you feel better.
And when you feel better - you stop being afraid of injuries.
The Face Down Frog should be easy - but it's anything buTT. (Your butt is probably going to cramp up 😈)
I've been using this one to help keep my hips flexible and strong - so give it a try and let me know how it goes in the comments! 👇

Thank you for this, I'm training for a marathon and my hips are always tight from running.

Letterbox is better than portrait. You'll get more views, I promise.

I tried this, and it’s tight movement on my left while my right seem hyper mobile. I hope it gets better. I think if my left hip becomes mobile then, my QL and psoas might feel better also . If anyone knows about this I’ll appreciate the feedback. Thank you 😁

It’s very common to have a difference from side to side. Keep working on it! Incorporate strength building to help balance out the hyper mobility and you’ll be golden 🥳
