    It's all about the crunches which I just did. I never actually did the squats or the laid elbow intense abs. Does work although.. loved your no caffeine vids.. you still rock !!

    I often do the 90 90, and I like to squat while I’m already on the floor. It’s strange how just being on the floor releases some things. Anyway, it’s a joy to hear your podcasts, I like the one with Dr. court…you seem like a nice person. Be well 👍
