- So you've watched me fit this android 10 head unit in the preceding 6 videos. The results of my work can be seen here.
The company that makes this gives a free obd code reader with every purchase mentioning cuttothechase.

I like their new one with 360 cams, its not a teyes beater but its 2/3 the price (once you add in all the accessories)
I have to admit I’ve not added too many accessories onto mine as yet.

My Alphard is 50/50 Japanese/English and sounds way superior to any replacement (theater system) and very easy to work out. Tricky bits I use Google Translate app.
A much better system if you can work around the translate option. I like the OBD functionality though on the Chinese version.
When you said it has no bass, have you checked you don't have any low pass filter enabled which is filtering out all the bass to the speakers with the intention of it being sent to a sub, with no sub you should check the low pass filter is turned off to make sure everything is being sent to the existing speakers
There are filters that you can set up on screen but the power output claims may be questionable.
I had an issue with my speakers not sounding good until I realised my front door speakers weren't working in my Avensis. Turned out that they run on a separate amp which I had to connect to the remote wire unless you have already done this.

Matte with such nicer looking head unit, I would hit the junkyard and fix your climate controls, get those missing cover and buttons lol. How's EKIY support? I was looking at a similar FYT Junsun unit but EKIK is just slightly more expensive
Indeed. I have all the bits but i need to get the right adhesive for them.
Ekiy support is decent. Nothing legendary but they do answer your questions.
Control buttons on your left side it RHD car . Only Control buttons are not driver friendly.
I prefer knobs but it means loss of screen space. I tend to use the steering controls for the most used functions.

Hi friend by any chance do yoi know how to adjust mic volume sensitivity. Getting alot of complains people can hear me
I disconnected the external mic. See if that helps. If there is a setting it Will be in the factory settings. You will need a code from your supplier to enter that mode.

I’m this particular model I picked, yes. It doesn’t have dvd facilities. Previous models I have used have got it.
Hi I bought one of these the fan came separate so if I was to fit this without the fan could it over heat
That I couldn't say. I suppose anything could happen. Mine hasn't got a fan.

Has it a fan build inside
Is it the small dinky fan? Since it's so slim, I would have slapped a much larger 120mm+ computer ball bearing fan instead, spins slower and will last much longer than a cheaper sleeve bearing fan.

@jakublebeda4936 there are newer models now but would I put another one in? Yes and no. Mine failed after 1 year but others that I know are still running well.

HI Iain. I unfortunately don't fit for other people. I'm just documenting my journey.
There is a chap called Tony Maskell. He has an alphard and you may catch him on Facebook alphard pages. He is not a business as such but may fit it if you can get to him. I believe he is in Lancashire. The art is to order the right parts first.
About 230 pounds with camera and dab aerial. Fitting I did myself. See the other videos
