Hi, what mobile phone do you use? I see that you have Android Auto connected, unfortunately it doesn't work for me, I have a Google Pixel 6Pro (Android 15). Apple Car works without a problem.
I did this video with one of my salesman's phones and I don't know what model it was. The Pixel should work if the car is Android Auto compatible. There are some 2019-2020 models that are Apple CarPlay compatible but not Android Auto. What year and model is your car?

I’m not familiar with that particular phone but not all android phones are compatible with Android Auto. If that phone has the older USB-Micro connection, it will not work. It must have the USB-C into the phone. The older ones show Android Auto but it’s a primitive version of it and it doesn’t work on modern cars. If that doesn’t answer it, find somebody else with a different Android phone and see if it will connect. If it does, then it definitely is a phone issue
My phone is a 2023 and it does have the USB-C. I searched the year and model of my car asking if it's equipped with the android auto feature. The results was the same, yes it comes standard with android auto capabilities. I took it to the dealership to ask the salesman that sold me the vehicle could show me how it worked. He wasn't working there anymore therefore, another salesman offered to assist me. His cord wasn't activating either which baffled him. Through the car settings he clicked on reset all which caused the android auto was removed from the car's system. He left me hanging because he didn't know why it was removed. After that I spent 2 months searching how to add android auto featured back into the card system. Reset the infotainment system by unplugging fuse and plugging I back to. Resetting it worked, however it still won't connect with my phone. The android auto adapter I purchased won't connect either?
