This has some really important information
I did most of these things. It’s been 6 months, I’ve been in no contact. She blocked me from most places 6 months ago, and after begging over emails, I finally found strength to stop. I couldn’t take this disrespect. I don’t what is going to happen. I hope it works out for the best.
tbh such extreme behaviors happen especially if the ex didn't break up with you like an adult and with respect because personally my ex didn't give me no conversation no explanation and started ignoring me all of a sudden after I had came to visit her for the summer because we had planned to spend the summer together. of course I will try to understand and ask questions and worry? of course I will want to talk about things to know what is going on and where we stand. their behaviour is extremely selfish. i had tried to give her time and be respectful and not be nosy but her ghosting was unbelievable. why would I be THAT considerate of her when she can't even give me a little bit so we can end it like adults?
I am happy to say i did non of those things mentioned and did no contact since she left 4 months ago.
Last I told her I respect her silence and she deserves to be happy. Also said if she ever reconsider a startover can let me know and I left at that.
Been trying to focus on myself the best I can but somedays it feels like an emotional rollercoaster inside... like today suddenly a strong urge to send a message to say I thought of her and just wanna see how she is doing.... its really tough man

My ex blocked me immediately after telling me we were done, I was lucky enough to find no contact soon after but was guilty of 1 grand gesture before I did: a huge 2 dozen rose bouquet, card & plushie plastered with "I'm sorry."
I don't regret apologizing as I felt I owed one, but as to the rest, yes, it didn't work, although nc did get me unblocked 4 weeks later. (Again, in my case, he didn't block me for the grand gesture, I was already blocked. I didn't even get to tell him goodbye 😢)
Listen to the coaches guys. Grand gestures etc don't work.
My ex called me a week after our break-up to tell me she accepted an arranged marriage proposal and that she will get married in two weeks, I didn't sleep that night and went to her place at 4am.
Six weeks after her marriage she started the very direct indirect contact, telling me she loves me and whether I'll take her back.
She got married within 2 weeks and now she regrets it? Let her live with the consequences of not having you. If she really wants you she will anull the marriage and come to you. You can not be responsible for cleaning up her mess if she broke up with you
I wouldn't take back an ex who told me they were getting married to hurt me. Treat me as a backup and want to hurt me?
That's incredibly childish. She made her mess she has to live with it.

God - How much I have grown! The word "Pity Party", "Empty promises" disgusts me now. I had done all this last year. Wow. No contact enables one to grow as a person. I am so thankful that I am in a much stable place now. Stuck to my guns, completed my therapy, started off with a new skill, working decently and taking care of my family.

Craig please please please do a video about working with an ex. I work directly with my ex and it's making it very very difficult to let go. I asked for space (basically) and she rebounded after two weeks. She moved right in with him. She says she still loves me and isn't in love with the rebound. Idk what to do it's driving me half-mad. I love her.

I am fearful avoident so i have hard time to show my feelings and according to me staying his side in his low point and not leaving no matter what, supporting him and encouraging him was my love language
But his love language was more like why I'm not doing post about him , post pic and all .
Last two months before breakup we were fighting frequently, it was rough time and it was LDR so many situations caused to break our relationship
There was a girl behind for 3 months who was simping on him which i wasn't aware and he jump into new relationship just after two weeks of breakup and point out several reasons why he broke up
Now I'm living my each day regreating but I'm working so hard on my studies and planning to get him back, I hope I'll build myself well and after his rebound over , I'll initiate as friend and ask him to visit my country, finger crossed

@@poopfeast-kg1lv for 5 years he was loyal literally loyal , he gave me reason of breaking up and yes he mentioned all of the mistakes which I made and I'm feeling so much guilty, but the way he broke up by going into relationship within two weeks of breakup, we had actually LDR and his current gf is from his place, he never had relationship before our , and he gave her his first kiss to her it really really hurt and he probably gonna be intimate with her but i can't do anything about it instead of giving him space.
Yes kinda second option but when he go into relationship and it's first offline relationship he will try everything to make it work so that's why he said yes we have chance in future.

Me: I'm not waiting, I'm trying to move on in my life but text me only when you have breakup till then don't text me at all . If you text and I'll be single that time I want to give us a try because I kn we are good for each other.
I'm not thinking about that , I'm just thinking to meet him in person as friends and if we really meant then from there we will take steps in the right direction.
He is good person but communication was his issue, he build up so many things inside and broken up instead of communicating
I really hope he will consider to return, I really love him it's two months of breakup still before sleeping, after waking up his thoughts only comes , it's just so hard , when he pointed out every mistake and I'm regreating and couldn't make anything right.

5 weeks since break up (her doing) and I’ve yet to reach out or initiate contact. My responses to her were quick and friendly when she texts. She has an Anxious Attachment while I am secure. For 5 years we were good, but the last 4 months I had to set a few boundaries that could be taken as neglect, I suppose. Does the stigma that once an anxious is done, they’re done for good hold true? Doing your workbook now and seeing things pretty clearly. Again, she reaches out with holiday greetings, pics of her dogs, and memes from our inside jokes. Thanks.
Hello coach.. I know it costs to talk to you but I’m a student and I really don’t have the money, so this is my only shot hoping someone can guide me cause I’m so lost right now.. My ex reached out after 25 days she said “hey” I replied 2,5 hours later with “hey” back then 4 hours later she said “how are you” I replied 14 hours later the next day with “good how about you” then she replied an hour later with “mooi” (in our language which is Dutch) which in this case stands for “good to hear” and she left it there, so she didn’t respond to my “how about you?” And now I’m scared that I rejected her somehow by replying a day later and with short responses and that she’s thinking I’m over her so she won’t reach out again, cause she just didn’t say anything else and didn’t even respond to me asking her how she is doing. Will she reach out again? Or did I mess it all up? I’m so confused by this and can really use some minor guidance.. this is already 12 days ago now..
Give it more time man. Ive seen your comment a few times and i think 12 days is not nearly enough. I know its hard, i know it sucks but her silence says more than any words will. You have to let her come to the decision herself so when your opportunity to rekindle things comes she will be actually willing to make it work. Anything you say will make her feel like your forcing a decision on her and the more she wont be willing to make it work

@@bessyclips3752the ball is in her court now because your last msg was a question and she knows you havent moved on in just 2 weeks just because you replied late. Right now she’s probably just reflecting on what to do going forward. Wait for her response and then go from there. No you didnt ruin it by indirectly replying late. If shes the type to fight fire with fire then id be cautious
