Biggest part was the positive mindset. Learning about emotional control and the power of love will influence all these. You love yourself you can understand emotions, communication, can joke, interact easier and live more fulfilled in the moment. Energy and understanding how it flows is so important.
This was a wonderful video!! I had a video call with coach Victoria a few months back and I’ll never forget her saying “you want to question your own negative thoughts” and everytime I think of something rigid or one sided I hear her voice. Of course it’s important to listen to your gut but don’t be afraid to negotiate with your inner voice sometimes it’s not working for you especially in a heated state of mind / breakup or difficult argument
I apologize for leaving so many comments, but also thanks to you guys I can look back at my childhood and much like Craig does and see how I had so much anxiety as a child, I never had any idea.. it makes a lot of sense now because I can see how my parents were and I can look at their background and understand why they had such issues which they transmitted to me, again thank you, people might start noticing me in the comments and wondering why I'm still here studying and learning, imagine that, maybe I see the value of continuing to learn, I probably will not be settling for a partner that does not focus on growth also, how could I if I keep progressing and they don't, it's to say the least I find it quite disturbing to see so many people refusing to pull their head out of their behind and just wake up to start doing the work, if you could hear the way my voice tone changes as I say certain things here, well, okay I'll stop for the moment 😅
Ive never lost track with any of these these traits. Its still not enough. Im positive with the future. I got things lined up that will allow me to go do great things. But relationships? Just because you have these traits doesnt guarantee anything.
Who else agrees that @craigkennethbreakupessentials should do 1 video about this Apple bees girl we all hear about. You know are struggles and connect with us. Let us connect with you and tell us your break up process and what this mysterious apple bee girl did ..(Palpatine voice) DO IT!!!!
My ex girl reached out after 5 years of me going no contact to express how she regretted how she has acted for a long time saying she wanted to "clear the air" between us, and explained she left me for someone else and she should of been open and honest with me. Complimented me saying I'm an awesome guy and if I have questions now or in the future she will be there. Can someone explain what she wants? Part of me wants to talk again but I cut her off and kind of ghosted her after that. Thanks for your insight.
I think she likely misses you and the connection you had, but I also think she feels guilty about how the breakup happened and for deceiving you. For her, enough time has passed that she’s likely hoping you’d be ready to talk and hear her come from a place of calm and honesty. She’s ready to give you answers and be completely transparent. Sounds like you were a good one that she lost and she knows what she owes you. Perhaps her other relationship didn’t work out and she’s testing the waters again with you. Only you can know by having a conversation with her. I think it’s ok to seek answers if she’s willing to offer them. After 5 years, you’re likely in a place of being healed and can hear what she has to say without hurting as much as you would have at the breakup. I say you have nothing to lose. You can control the pace and how it goes.

I was in the same situation. With women it's never enough.
I’ll be using this information for the next ‘stable’ person I’m with :)

I’m in love with Craig
Watched this to see where I can improve and now I'm really doubting if I want my ex back because she lacks in almost all of this haha
Great insight.

What happened to Coach Margarette?
Where's the whistle 😢
No intro on the Breakup Essentials Channel :)
My son hates hearing the whistle. He has heard it so many times. He's over in the other room and he hears the whistle and says "noooo mom!!" 😂😅😅
lol. Well this channel doesn’t have it. So it’s a safe place for him 🤣
Hi thererrrrrrr
Women struggle with the word no. You say no and give a reason, its suddenly verbal abuse. It's pathetic.
