I really like macro factor. The timeline is also nice to look at!
I agree about the timeline, too.
I came here after looking at some of the reviews of the RP Diet app (I have an old template but I found that too confusing, hence looking for an app). You mentioned in your RP review that they had a shopping list feature, which now I really want! Did any of these apps have a shopping list feature?

With Macrofactor can you turn off the calories self-correcting? I am working with a coach who is setting my macros and I want to follow that plan and not one set up by the app.
Yes, there is a manual mode that you can use. It lets you set your own macros, and they won't automatically update for you.

Everyone has an accent but I felt like she spoke very clearly and personally found easy to take in. You can adjust the playback speed though, if you ever want to slow down or speed up a video (cog icon at the bottom of the video).

She speaks pretty understandable. If you need more time, you could try pausing the video or using the feature called "playback speed"". You can find it in the settings of the particular video. Put it to 0.75 or 0.5 and enjoy =)
