If you’re looking for an alternative to MyFitnessPal, it’s probably because you don’t want to pay the $20/month for the features that used to be free. Even if you are convinced the $20/month is worth it for MyFitnessPal, there are much better calorie and macro trackers available on the market today that are half the cost of MyFitnessPal premium. So it’s worth exploring other options.

Thank you, my fitness pal was definitely out of line for the update
What do you mean?
@@feast_good I'm thanking you for providing knowledge on some solid apps to use. My fitness pal shouldn't be charging for basic features that use to be free.
@@feast_goodI believe they mean out of line for charging for features that use to be free.
Underrated video, thank you for putting your time in to help us!
Thank you, that means a lot. Glad it helped!
Keep making content like this, please. Thanks! ❤❤
Thank you, that means a lot. Going to be publishing a few more on macro tracking apps in the next month.
Holly! I thought this had much more Views, as they're deffo well deserved. Thank you! :)
Thank you, that means a lot 🤗
Im using my net diary it's simple to use and rather effective 😅. Thank you
You're welcome 😊. Definitely a lot that you can get just on the free version.
What's the data collection like with the free version? I noticed with the free version of FirnessPal there are no choices for privacy, just delete account lol
I don't have an answer to this question. It's not something we specifically include as a criteria when testing apps. Maybe we should though. @@digitalmommydaddy
Thank you!
You're welcome. Let me know if you have any questions.
hello thank you for the video, do you know which one has all the information about vitamins, minerals... for each food?
Cronometer does an excellent job with micronutrients, and you can set up custom reports to track whatever metric is important to you. Read my article on what Cronometer tracks here: feastgood.com/what-does-cronometer-track/
@@feast_good thanks! this app looks amazing
Good review by a smart reviewer.
Thank you 🙌
What's a good free app for the Alkaline type of weight loss eating plan? Very nice and informative video. Thanks 👍.
I'm not too familiar with the alkaline diet, to be honest. But, I'm pretty sure on Cronometer (gold plan), you can set up a custom report that tracks foods with a low/high PH.
Thank youu🙏🙏🙏
You're welcome 🙌

You're welcome 😎
i try to ask in lifting reddit subs about nutrition and liftign but my post always are taken down, any good subreddits for talking baout food and fitness?
Hmm, ya, I can suggest a few. But what are you trying to post?
@@feast_good first asking about nutrition and generell learning bulk cut, second about body abnormalities where u can ask other if they have that condition too ir if thats normal or not
It's weird that your posts are being taken down. Doesn't seem disingenuous at all. What sub reddits are you posting in?

Once I got cronometer I have never looked back
It's a GREAT app. I switched to MacroFactor, but a lot of my friends switched to Cronometer and they love it.
how do we get the referral? i signed up and do not see anything .
What app are you referring to?
@@feast_good Cronometer, my apologies
Is there a good app for people under 18
I'd still recommend these apps for people under 18. If price is a concern you could use the free version of MyNetDiary, but MacroFactor is still the best if you're just getting started and don't know what your calorie/macro intake should be based on your goals.
@@feast_good thanks!!
Am from Lithuania and most barcodes ar not in any of the systems
I actually think MyFitnessPal is pretty good for international foods.
Great video
Thanks! Glad it was helpful
Do these apps use intermittent fasting?
You can do intermittent fasting on any of these apps. Are there specific features that you're looking for though?
Yazio for sure does.
@@logiclight Haven't used Yazio. Should I give it a try?
I used to use it but deleted it after the paid update
As did a lot of people. What did you switch to?
Lifesum?
I did a review on Lifesum, which you can watch here: ua-cam.com/video/0Lu1Ntd2dE4/v-deo.html
@@feast_good awesome!😎
Carb manager is free
Is it just for keto dieters though?
I don’t want to pay it hahaha is why I’m here 😅
Ya, MyFitnessPal Premium is an expensive app compared with the rest of the market.
Thank you!
You're welcome!
