The movements on the floor just oil up all the joints in my body. Love it thank you!

Thanks a lot for all of your videos. Professional, accurate, safe! Good Pilates spirit, too. I do it although I'm turning 70!

I love this. Because I see a lot of workouts that for me are just without quality of movement. Here we can see, it's not how much lifts you do, but how you do every single movement.

    absolutely love these videos.
doing these routines not only helped me understanding the importance of core strength but strengthened me a lot in the past. some of the exercises are part of my warm up now and also planning on taking some daily time to go through them again!
I really would like a video set for improving flexibility *.*
thank you for sharing and posting your work with us!

Always: See the entire video before and see: . What you can do or not and adapt yourself to the exercises. Best way. You only do what you can do. Or else these exercises are amazing for the body and very beautifully done. I subscribe. Thanks a lot 🙌🏻😘🌹

This was the fastest 18 minutes I've ever experienced with stretching and core strengthening. I just happened upon this video and I hope there are more! If not, please make some, and longer too!

Kate's voice is very relaxing therefore I'm able to focus better. I worked out with a friend who was taught the Martha Graham technique. I've been searching for the same thing. This is it! Thank you!

I really liked this routine! :) It makes you feel longer and stronger, but it doesn't make your abdominal muscles feel overly-tight like some exercises routines do.
