  • How do dancers make their movements look effortless on stage? Lots of strength and control. In this under-15-minute mat workout, work alongside Birmingham Royal Ballet Principal Céline Gittens and Sleek Technique Ballet Fitness co-founders Flik Swan and Victoria Marr (formerly of BRB) on achieving great core strength, stability and shaping into your legs and glutes. Interspersing stretches means you finish feeling long and lean. This workout is suitable for all. Grab your mat and follow along from home.
