What a car, I changed from a 911 Carrera because the Nissan could outrun it, out brake it, superior handling and I got a boot I could put a few bags in. The only downside was tyre excessive tyre wear and poor fuel consumption. I remember an example of doing 180 mph and seeing a fuel return of 2.8 miles per gallon. 😳😳
I doubt many of your audience even know about how Jeremy Clarkson injured his neck while test driving the GT-R in Japan 16 years ago. But I appreciate the Top Gear reference. Makes me want to watch it right now actually.
Its power still holds up.... once you add an Alpha 12 kit and upwards 😊 also with regards to the fuel issue that gets sorted out with a flex fuel system and some decent mapping

The vr38 is the best engine Nissan ever created .most people think about RB 25-28.but it not those the vr38 cant take what ever it put on it though.tuning RB 25-28 like 2000pbh they don't last long.but the vr38 can take even 10 000bhp but u will need a lot of tuning and money for the fuel bill
I got the chance to drive this and it was just absolutely awesome !! I can understand the fuel efficiency but would you really think about the kilometers per liter ? This car was made for Smiles Per Liter !! Entire time I was driving , from starting the car to shutting it off , I was smiling and geeking out the entire way , just absolutely brilliant of a machine .
Personally, I think the prior generation looked much better, specifically the front end, to me, the V-Motion grille fit the GT-R better. Here, on the latest update, it seems like Nissan took a design step backwards instead of forward. The new hexagonal LED DRL’s also dont fit imo, the previous gen’s horizontal LEDs looked much better. It looks like they tried to make the front end look similar to the R34’s, and imo, it doesnt sit well. Too rectangular, and it doesnt really match. Everything else is fine, although, for what Nissan is asking for this one, there’s no denying that they really skimped out on some upgrades that by now should have been a foregone conclusion. The entire analog tach and speedometer setup should have been a digital affair by now, and the lack of Apple Carplay and Android Auto into the MFD screen is un excusable. The R35 is still a formidable machine, but it is way beyond the bargain supercar killer it debuted as. The Corvette has went through an entire generation, and then moved into a revolutionary mid engine design and generation all within the R35’s lifespan. To say the R35 is long in the tooth at this point is quite the understatement. Its still a great car, and i cherish my time behind the wheel of one, but there’s no denying that the R36 is long overdue.

Love the GTR maaaan but the 5M price bump is just plain ridiculous. It's basically the previous generation with a different bumper. It's not even the Nismo version. For 12M php, I think I'd settle for an R8 with a V10 instead. Godddaaamn
the gas mileage is truly shocking, even a very rich dude would probably have doubts of using it for a daily drive, it's like sipping a bottle of yakult using those large bubble tea straw

Current GTR series is not part of the Skyline series, these models barely changes on each release which is a let down, I think the absurd price is due to their forcing themselves to still be associated to the Skyline series
