Welcome to Day 15 of the 40 Day Kundalini Yoga Weight Loss Challenge with Mariya Gancheva! This set is known as the Sahibi Kriya designed to master our domain. When we are in control of our domain we act from our core, from the centre of our being. Your mind is focused and its projection is powerful. We own our life, we have the power to change the world around and within us. We claim control over our lives instead of being swayed aimlessly in different directions. In terms of our body, we will distribute the energy from the navel centre to the entire body, limbs, and glands. You will gain that command in both the physical and mental realms. The deep release of muscular tension through these exercises will enable the blood to flow freely to all parts of the body, feeding the cells with oxygen and nutrients, while also flushing the toxins out of the body.

wonderful again. In the beginning it was kind of hard continuing, but now i am getting excited to do it, because i feel instantly more connected to my body
Sar Nam Mariya! I feel so much stronger now, the frogs were so much easier today. The mouth breathing made me uncomfortable and I was bit irritated by it, but I know now that these feelings are a part of the process. Just wanted to share :) good day!!

Beloved Mariya, I am very grateful for this program, but now, darling, you are starting to lose us because there are way too many ads in the middle of the practice! I am only half way through today's practice and there have been already 4 ads interrupting the practice every 3 or 4 minutes. Can you please place the ads just at the beginning and the end?

Sat Nam!! Thanks. Day 15th of the challenge. I couldn't sleep in the whole night because I drank a lil coffee in the afternoon. I did this at 8 am and aí feel Better now. A bit tense and fast but this calmed me down. Tomorrow I will do it again ❤️

thank you🙏 Will u please clarify which is more important, breath of fire or the asanas? Today I did the asana because I could not do the breath
I am finding the guidance from Mariya lacking on Breath of Fire. So far I have found it very challenging to pump the navel on exhale, as is my understanding of breath of fire, during some of her asanas where she is specifying "do this action while simultaneously doing BoF". I could resort to panting in the chest mimicking BoF but I don't want to do that. I stopped this video without completing because she was not giving proper guidance on how to pull it off or giving a realistic pace for the movements and breathing. I am very disappointed. Supposedly BoF is a very important ingredient and is not easy to do and must be trained for, but she is breezing over it!

I really enjoy those 40 day challenge, thank you! However, I really dislike the adverts interrupting the session in the middle, two ads interactions in this one. I understand it's free but at very least let people enjoy the practice and just do an add at the start?
I just found an add blocker, free install, just find one that fits your browser (mine is safari) no adds ever since!!!
At 5:30 you do a different movement than yoga teacher Anne Novak, who is a senior teacher in the tradition I think here is her version: ua-cam.com/video/hiWDwhQRVQg/v-deo.html. Its Breath of fire with extending the leg, no knee to nose. I love KY but I find the kriyas are not taught the same way at all, and it's very confusing as a yoga teacher myself, as they are "sets" so it's important the form. Minor differences are ok and happen but very different movements change the kriya I would think.
