I have done hundreds of kriyas over the years....this is my absolute favorite! Great for releasing frustration. Loved the beginning where I felt like I was flipping off the material world we live in .....and towards the end (punching away my troubles). THANK YOU.

Loved it! Feeling very zingy! I had to start rolling my calves for all this sitting on knees. Its def helped. I was able to stay for all of the poses. Day 9 and I have more energy each day and notice strength & heal benefits :)
Beautiful it’s helping through my cleanse from trauma the past and all the physical sickness I endured my entire life till recently till I started healing and not accepting abuse or bullies I have accomplished a lot on my own and enjoy these videos I never needed a gym or personal trainer and never will I work well doing my own thing and what works for me and it’s interesting that when I used to live in stress constantly how sick I was and now that I have been caring for myself and not taking anyone’s abuse or accepting bullying my body is entirely different it’s actually very well shaped and I’m thinner and more toned than I ever was any extra fat I used to have was because of stress and now I’m getting smaller and smaller and my composition is changing into a beautiful body shape so to all those bullies and people who abused me I don’t need you and I never did it’s amazing when I do what my body wants and what my soul wants the beautiful results I get and I’m a very independent person and I’m doing a fabulous job on my own I have always worked better independently and do not waste my time and money on personal trainers or fad diets I lost weight by healthy eating exercise and kicking stressful abusive people and their false advice and ignorant criticism out of my life I’m young and healthy and have many beautiful fertile years ahead of me to decide if I’m going to be a mother I don’t get controlled by others anymore and look what happens when I be myself and I have always had a strong sexual desire I just buried it to protect myself because I felt not good enough because of abuse so this is nothing new I am alive feminine beautiful and fierce and I do exercise because it’s good for me

If I cannot sit comfortably on my heels, is it because the front of my legs are too tight? I hope that littĺe by little, this will get easier.
Sat nam, for some reason I have not seen your question. This could be either because of knee issue, especially of you feel pain there or the thighs. Usually when we exercise or just sit, the muscles of the front of the thighs contract and shorten. When we do not counterbalance and stretch it becomes increasingly harder to sit on our heels. This is a common issue with men who have more muscle and tend to stretch less. However, muscles and ligament can be easily trained with practice to relax and lengthen and you will find that it gets easier to bend and sit on your heels with every day. Blessings, M

Day9 -another good class. How are the timings for these exercises calculated? Some are 2 minutes, some shorter, just trying to figure out the logic. Thank you!

Hi there. It may be due to your body releasing toxins as we're working heavily on detoxing the body. Make sure you drink lots of water and feel free take a rest if you feel nauseous during the exercises.

Hello Mariya i want to ask you when i do camel pose in exercise day 5 and day 9.i feel something is cracking in my knee joint.then i cant able to do it long time.
Sat Nam. If you have knees problems please be careful- do not force yourself into certain positions. If it doesn't feel comfortable you can skip the poses where you have your knees bent. Blessings, Mariya

I have a really hard time with the hands joined behind my back mudras. This didn't used to be the case. What are some things I can do to increase flexibility through the upper back and shoulders?
Nella The short answer is - keep practicing. Shoulders and neck area is where we store most of our stress.. it builds up and it gets so hard for us to operate the upper body. If you find a class challenging do it for few days before moving on to the next .. so you can practice it a bit more. In time you will see you will get better. Love, M
