- Here's a Muscle Building Shake without Protein Powder, it's a homemade protein Shake and making this high protein banana peanut butter smoothie is super easy and quick.
People often want to buy mass gainers to gain weight. However, it can be easily made at home which is shown in this video. Making it at home is in fact beneficial as the ones available in the market have excess calories which the body is not able to use in one go and hence the extra is converted into fat and also lack in Protein.

I use simply 50gm of roasted peanuts, 50gm of roasted grams a little milk and two bananas. I am sure this is the best protein.

1 tbsp of Pintola High protein peanut = 4.5 gm (1tbsp=15grams)
50 grams grinded oats = 4.7g
One Banana = 1.29g
Milk 2 cups = 17g approx
27.49 grams of protein 🙄 not baddd

My diet
1.500ml milk+50g oats+4 almond+2 banana
2.4 chapati+ 1 cup of rice+1 cup of dal+50g soya chunks along with green vegetable+1 cup of curd
3.100g of mung dal with salad
4.6 whole eggs
5.100g peanuts
6.5 chapati+50g soya chunks+vegetables+1 cup milk
Total protein=100g+
And more nutrients.
This helps me in bulking..

U need to make muscle and loose fat at the same time.....do strength training.....and for full cardio sake to loose fat ..do jump rope....
