I use kitchen weight scale for correct measurements but i think 100 gms PB must have 5-6 full of tablespoon.

Broo....you used raw or boiled milk
Normally I use boiled milk but as I haven't seen any digestion issues with raw milk, to I use raw in case of hurry

About 44-45 gm of quality protein from this if u use all ingredients in same quantity, rest depends on the quantities u do take, can be more than 45 gm or be less as well
