      I use kitchen weight scale for correct measurements but i think 100 gms PB must have 5-6 full of tablespoon.

    Bhai sabkuch thik calori bhi sahi hai pura chek karke dekha fir ek dikkat hai ye pura digest hoga iski kya guarantee hai.. Iske liye kya kare

      Koi guarantee nhi h, hr Banda ka digestive system alag Kam krta hai, bs utna hi consume kro jitna tuma feel hota hai ki tum digest kr pa rha ho, or bnki jo rh gya to usa next meal me consume kr skta ho ye kharab nhi hota. 1se 2 din refrigerator me rkha ho to Aram se chl jata hai.
      Bnki apni daily calories intake pta kro or apna goal ke according calo

      Normally I use boiled milk but as I haven't seen any digestion issues with raw milk, to I use raw in case of hurry

    How much protein in this?

      About 44-45 gm of quality protein from this if u use all ingredients in same quantity, rest depends on the quantities u do take, can be more than 45 gm or be less as well
