    Hello sir, im from Mauritius and ive been training fpr the last six.months in a gym amd seen very significant changes in my body...unfortunately, due to covid i have been in locldown for the last 2 weeks.
    Can you please show how to train during lockdown especially given that we cant attend gym and have limited apparatus to work with...thank you.

      Best natural alternate would be coconut milk. These drinks have too much chemicals.

    Sir I have been doing work out for last 3 years. Recently I came to know that I have piles. Doctor said avoid eggs and other protein food. Pls guide me on this, what are the foods I should follow?

      Get yourself diagnosed from a General Surgeon. It could be anal fissure. Avoid heavy weight lifting for sometime, eat fibre rich fruit and veggies and drink lots of water

      Bro dont worry , it happened with me .. just lift lighter weight with proper technique ..And slowly increase your weight lifting capacity after weeks
