@@arafatulhoque8375 bro it consists of 6 meals a day,early morning -paneer sandwiches(2).... late morning 2 fruits -(one seasonal/one starchy)...afternoon-regular lunch like chapatti and sabji+daal....then in late afternoon -milkshake....snacks like fruits of sprouts....dinner-rice+daal...200ml milk before sleep
