    Respected Hansajee! I am 69 yrs old n felt I shud still keep my tummy flat.The yogasanas recommended by u r excellent n it showed it's effect in just 2days. In fact I pack it up with all the alphabets not only AB CD!!

    Namaskaram, your teaching is very motivating, clear, in detail, no nonsense and show off. Thank you for your time and information.
    I delivered my son 1 year 2 months before. Could not tie, could not take care of me. I have no one apart from my child. Could not afford servant.
    My stomach looks 7 months pregnant till now. Please help me to reduce..what all should I do, which are the asanas I can do. Looks like diastatis recti is the cause.

    PranAM Hansa Maam, it is a blessing to see your videos daily. I am so inspired that am posting daily videos on my FB Page and reaching out to my family, students and friends all over the world. My classes are mostly 1-3 times a week so encourage my students to practice other days watching the videos. Deep appreciation for all the learnings ma'am.     A Good schedule of eating food nnd slicing food into 4 time a day.Using this sleep well technic. Thanks a lot for permission to eat drfy fruits and having food having Nuts b n having lemon juice n Roti aab dhal..THANKS a lot for teaching a simple way to reduce easily achieving fiat stomach in simple food.     Thank you sou much Hansaji for your advice and yoga asanas, but l have a request as some of us are beginners/ lazy/ stiff people & find these asanas very difficult to do please give us simple asanas which we can do and are later inspired to do the difficult versions. As when l see these poses l feel l can never do this & l give up ..😢

      Namaste. While we recommend doing asanas in the morning in case there is a time crunch you can definitely practice it in the evening. Just ensure you don't do any vigorous exercise closer to bedtime as it may interfere with your sleep
