Thank you sou much Hansaji for your advice and yoga asanas, but l have a request as some of us are beginners/ lazy/ stiff people & find these asanas very difficult to do please give us simple asanas which we can do and are later inspired to do the difficult versions. As when l see these poses l feel l can never do this & l give up ..😢

Namaste. While we recommend doing asanas in the morning in case there is a time crunch you can definitely practice it in the evening. Just ensure you don't do any vigorous exercise closer to bedtime as it may interfere with your sleep
