Have 4 meals to satiate the hunger
1. Breakfast
Dinner - before 7pm, have light food
2. Have good sleep
3. Walking - everyday 10000steps - 7-8km, have a pedometer to track, try to walk before and after a meal
4. Burn calories - excercise
Talasana - upward stretch
Surya namaskar - atleast 5 times
Vakrasana - standing /sitting /lying
5.Have mid meal snack - like makhana, peanuts, dry fruits
Add fibre and protein
6. Avoid all processed foods and aerated drinks, fried items
No alcohol /smoking
7. Have overnight soaked Jeera water-increases metabolism
Reduces hunger and increases fat burning
Warm water - chia seeds set for 1/2 hr, add lemon and honey.. Have it once u wake up.
Reduce body weight systematically and slowly.

1. Eat just 4 times a day (Breakfast is a must. Take dinner by 7 pm)
2. Just SLEEP well
3. Take at least 10,000 steps/day
4. Burn your calories (Exercises)
5. Tricking your mind to avoid overeating
6. Foods to avoid (chips, pizza, burger, alcohol, smoking, etc.)
7. Morning drink (Cumin water, Chia seeds+lemon water)
