Thank you so much for preparing your videos for us. I’ve some sport injuries from previous years and limited my movements in knees and ankles creating chronic pain. I’ve been using your yoga movements and following your advice for eating and sleeping and stress management. It’s been very helpful. My pain is manageable and I’m moving much better with less pain and I’ve dropped 10 pounds in less than 3 months. I share the information with my friends and family.
According to guru sadhguru we should not sleep more than three to four hours so I wonder where he got that idea from. Thanks dr for keeping us on the right path. Different people give different gyaan...if 3-4 hours sleep suites sadguru doesn't mean it would suite for everyone.....so its we ourself who can best understand what suites us and what not
When we are relaxed or stress free, then 4_5 hrs of sleep is enough, but if we are mentally stressed, 7_8 hrs of sleep is needed. As we do meditation, pranayam,etc we are able to reduce the stress. Gradually our sleep time will also reduce

I need to lose a few pounds, about 35 or so, and I'm off to a terrible start. I've been very upset for a few days and my stomach feels like it's in knots. I haven't eaten in 4 days, just 1 cup of coffee and water with a little salt. I don't know how to get past what has me upset. So, I'm watching and listening to your videos. Burn your calories (do exercise like - "Talasan", " Surya namaskar", "Vakrasan") 5 - Trick your mind :- a: eat with smaller plates b: brush your teeth after your dinner c: 50% of your food in a day should be vegetables and fruits. 6. Foods to avoid :- a:chips,pizza etc. (Packaged foods)...... b. Drinks containing high sugars c. Alcohol & smoking etc. 7. Morning drinks :- a. Jeera water (take a table spoon of jeera and soak them in water overnight in the glass full of water. The next morning you should take this jeera water) b. Lemon and chia seed drink(take a glass of warm water put a table spoon full of chia seed and let it be for half an hour and then squeeze a lemon inside, put little honey inside and then drink it in the morning after you wake up) 😊❤️🌼Hope this will help you!✨
