This is my third day..and I'm really feeling good. First two days, i had very much difficulty with the flutter kicks and slow climbers. But, today, i feel no difficulties and I'm enjoying it. Thanks @CureFit for this. I'm loosing my weight

@@shygirl4836 adding to this doing normal Excercize squats, touching feet with hand Excercize,shoulder rotation, Kapalbhati, face Excercize jawline ,stretching face for reducing double chin, twice a day morning just 30-40 minutes only 2 sets evening 60-70 minutes 3 sets, eat dinner before 7:30 I have reduced one more kg now I am 67kgs now. Equally we have to avoid eating junk food,oily food, rice, chapati. Need to have more focus to achieve your goal

I love this training. Usually trainings are so hard that I leave them after a few days, but I will stick with this one because I feel amazing after I finish
Best exercises indeed but you should also include clean eating with portion and lots of water otherwise no visible results would be seen and likelihood of people quitting would be high,
