This is my third day..and I'm really feeling good. First two days, i had very much difficulty with the flutter kicks and slow climbers. But, today, i feel no difficulties and I'm enjoying it. Thanks @CureFit for this. I'm loosing my weight

Equally we have to avoid eating junk food,oily food, rice, chapati. Need to have more focus to achieve your goal

Additional tips to reduce weight, Eating window and fasting window should be 12hrs : 12hrs I got good result by doing that. During your fasting window have only water.
