    I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    This is my third day..and I'm really feeling good. First two days, i had very much difficulty with the flutter kicks and slow climbers. But, today, i feel no difficulties and I'm enjoying it. Thanks @CureFit for this. I'm loosing my weight

    Let me tell my experience on this ...almost from 10 days continuously I am following same as shown in this video with my as usual Excerciz...believe me I lost 6 kg with my diet plan ...I was 74kg...now I am 68kg ..my target is to have my weight only 60kg ...hope I will share my weight loss journey here after 1 month...thanks a ton 😊😊😊😊😊😊

      @@shygirl4836 adding to this doing normal Excercize squats, touching feet with hand Excercize,shoulder rotation,
      Kapalbhati, face Excercize jawline ,stretching face for reducing double chin, twice a day morning just 30-40 minutes only 2 sets evening 60-70 minutes 3 sets, eat dinner before 7:30 I have reduced one more kg now I am 67kgs now.
      Equally we have to avoid eating junk food,oily food, rice, chapati.
      Need to have more focus to achieve your goal

      @@102sanafshaikh6 avoid oil food, rice,outside food , atleast 3-4 liter water in a day, eat boiled vegetables, fruites, oots,juice without sugar, no sweets and sugar tea and coffee, drink warm lemon water empty stomach, use flax seeds powder once in a day empty stomach or before going to bed, eat dinner before 8pm.

    Additional tips to reduce weight, Eating window and fasting window should be 12hrs : 12hrs I got good result by doing that. During your fasting window have only water.

    Knee to shoulder and slow climbers are fine but flutter kicks are 🥲. Anyway pushing nyself to do it regularly

    Day 1- Flutter kicks and mountain climbers could last only for 15 secs. No stamina
    Day 2-Getting there
    ......
    ......
    Day 12- Shoulders getting stronger .
    Day 15- Vivid changes in belly fat
    Day 17- Searching for the visceral fat around belly. Belly fat almost disappeared.
    P.S. I take a 30 sec break after every set as my heart races very fast and then resume. Also the above results are with low carb and complete cut off on sugars.
    Works wonders if done consistently. Nothing comes easy. You will see a noticeable difference after seven days of regular practice .All the best :-)

      Just working on abs and spot reduction is a myth.Overall a mix of other excercise like cardio,daily walking accompanied with these will definitely show results.Sticking to a daily yoga routine can also work wonders .

      @@SonuSharma-vh5ef You're young Sonu and everything has a cure.Consult a dietician for calories consumption.Regualr excercise with proper diet has many benefits.And remember it's not a magic.One has to be consistent :)

      Hip rotation. Clock wise 30 sec Counter clockwise 30 sec
      Downward to arch position for 30 sec
      MAIN MOVEMENTS
      1. Standing knee to elbow for 30 sec
      2. Slow climbers for 30 sec
      3. Flutter kicks for 30 sec
      REST FOR 15 sec
      ROUND 2
      1. Standing knee to elbow for 30 sec
      2. Slow climbers for 30 sec
      3. Flutter kicks for 30 sec
      REST FOR 15 sec
      Keep moving and do. It sit down🤪😅
