Sir, you've covered almost everything now in your channel. And, the lower abs workout was much needed. It's my humble request of you can come up with a video to reduce love handle (side stomach fat). This would be big time helpful. Love handles are something which can not getting easily rid of. I'm very positive that many of them are looking to reduce love handles and awaiting your best response on this. Please create a video on how to reduce love handle (tummy side fat).
@@slayinggamerz No brother. Love handles are mostly stubborn fat. Not lying, I have very low body fat percentage. Still I had a bit of fat at my lower belly and side of belly. To get rid of them I did workout that targeted lower belly. Along with that I did mostly light cardio with stretches on empty stomach.
