    Sir lower back pain wale yani jin logon ko dics bulge he woh log kon kon se exercises karen aur kon se nahin karen.dics bulge ki problem aajkal bahut chal rahi he uske uper aap complete series banao sir .hamen bahut problem hoti he exercise karne me.
