Hi Mr. Yatinder. I am from Bangladesh. Started seeing your videos. My body type is endomorph. But I want to my body athletic or fitness model. So, first need to loose weight and then build muscle. My current weight is 74kg and height is 5'5.5". I have started workout for last week but not matching you logic with current process that I follow in the gym that which workout need to do when. I am trying to keep my foods as you suggested in the video. Need you valuable suggestions on workouts.
