I don't think anyone will actually read this, but I've been doing this workout and the waist fat burn workout everyday without a rest for almost a month now (before that I was doing lower belly fat burn for about 2 months without rest days) and i've seen a lot more tone in my overall body shape, I would highly recommend pairing with videos and also adding a daily walk/ bike ride and a calorie deficit to see results much more quickly and significantly, you've got this!

Yes but it was not that difficult as I thought I done every excercise for about 40 seconds instead of 30 but most of these excercises had no effect on me
So this lower abs program is working really well for me. Given that it is a low-intensity work out you can do two sets of this workout in order to see the results preferably every morning. It didn't just strengthen my core it is also helping me lose whatever belly fat I had. Remember to squeeze in the muscle in order for this program to work for you. Also, keep your diet in check. I was a former basketball player , until I was going to practice I was fit as a horse . It's my Day 6th with this work out , as I m a student I don't get much time to do exercises.....but as u know no pain no gain......my upper two abs are visible now , so satisfied ( I do two to three sets daily) ... And u know I had so much fat in my belly (78 kg's ), day by day I can feel that it's decreasing gradually as I m doing the workout .

One of the best lower abs workout routine. One thing though i think there should be a rest period of 5 secs so that u can get into the position of the next exercise.
Give it time there bud, your body can do amazing things! Trust me when I say I was about 70 pounds overweight and got to this point in under a year. It was hard work but well worth it!
I've been doing this for almost 1 week and I can assure you that those exercises really works. I've started this workout in the begging of July. It's too difficult for me, so I've started doing first exercie in first week. Next week I added second exercis. @@spacedaddy4723 I realized that in loosing fat for me this routine gave mi almost 5% effort. Off course I'm able to do all this exercises but if you want to get on higher levels in fat burning you should eat clean (30%), doing IF (50%) and then doing some exercise like gym, running and abs packs. It works for me. I've lost 18 kg in 15 months.

Yes really effective abs exercise .l have been exercising for 3 months and Finally I reduce my belly fats ..but I suggest that at first you fix your calorie deficit diet plan than doing much more cardio after that doing these exercises 🏋🏋💪
Richard Miller it all depends on what weight you want to be at, the best option is to download MyFitnessPal app and go from there, the calories calculation is automatically done for you by your goal weight and activity level. Then you just need to record your what your eat and try to maintain in the nutrition number.

I find Rowan's abs workout great for me. Even his 13 minute video, that one week challenge is amazing. So yeah...it has been a year I've been doing abs daily, I skip once a week sometimes.
Used to perform V-sit crunches with such ease a few years ago, getting back into them and finding them almost impossible, I hope I’ll master them again, thanks for the video!

His mean to do fast is, not taking break between exercises
He is maximising reps with no intervals in between, exhausting the core even more....that was the plan!

Tord Vincent Heggland same happened to me, I just changed youtube playback to 5 seconds and I just go 5 seconds back after each exercise so I can get in the position
I agree at least there should be 3 seconds break in the middle for us to atleast get into that necessary position for the exercise .
One of the best video so far for lower body fat.
Amazing but very intense for beginners indeed, I’m trying to do it like gradually 10 times for each exercise. Brilliant idea, no?
