So I’ve been doing this exercise about 3 times a week for about 3-4 weeks and it really works. I know a lot people check comments to see if this workout works and it really does. There is a lot of more definition in my arms without making them bulky. It makes your arms lean and toned!
This ended up being exactly what I wanted. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.
I love the combined 3 ARM WORKOUT (Toned Arm, Total Arm and How to Lose Arm Fat) with Rebecca Louise for almost a month now. I FEEL IT! ! ! Can't wait to show the progress in the summer. Thank you, Rebecca!
I started doing this workout one year ago, when I decided that fitness was going to be a life long commitment not just a diet or way to lose weight. I wanted to be fit and strong. And one year later I am still going strong 💪. Thanks Rebecca for all of your amazing workouts!!!! #oldiebutgoodie #ralphies
Hello every one, I am here again. For one full month I didn't workout at all -one of my dear friends passed away so, so suddenly andI felt so low for quite some time. I bounced back and I am so, so motivated to workout again. It is not going to be easy but as my mom used to say "when there is a will, there is a way. Wish me luck. I HAVE TO LOOK GOOD AND TONED for my Bday. Love you all!! June 18, 2022.
Love that you do the exercises slowly - a lot of UA-camrs rush everything, and for an oldie like me I can't perform it properly unless it's a nice, slow pace.
Thank you for showing me how to turn my flab into fab at 60 years young! Your routines are easy to follow, fun to do and I felt the burn on the first set! You are inspiring me and it feels great to get back in shape. How many days a week should I do this routine along with my aerobic exercise? Blessings to you.
Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with half kg (1 lb) dumbbells but didn't even last half way in the video as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!
Hi Rebecca, you are gorgeous!!! And your video is excelente, straight to the point without endless bla, bla, bla. Just what I needed. I am a 60 year old lady totally unfit but I found these exercises really doable. I am encouraged to persevere with this routine. Thanks so much for you kindness.🙏🙏🙏♥️💋

Kellie, I tried this with 3 lbs and did it for the first time. This is a short great workout! I plan on doing this every other day for about 8 weeks along with some ab toning and on the day I don't do it, I'm getting 30 mns of cardio in. I'm a pretty heavy girl so need to start out slow. This workout I can definitely handle. Thanks for doing this one...love the slow movements! Can really feel the burn! Wish me luck!
Hey Rebecca I want to thank you so much for all of your workouts published on UA-cam, your inspiration, motivational being and your positive character. I've been doing your exercises for quite a long time and the results are amazing. Just want to thank you once again and keep it up, always love working out with you. Lots of love and kisses from Germany
I have just done one daily for the past 3 days and loving the quick and low weight to tone my arms. Already noticing a small change and just overall use with hand sewing as well in my upper back and shoulders. Arms and upper body was not always my strength but will continue with this.
I do most of your videos, and this is my FAVORITE arm workout! I love that I can keep my 10LBS for this one and I don't have to do any drop sets. I can feel the burn, Rebecca!
Wow Angela, 10 lbs is incredible arm strength! Is this class also suitable for men? I started this lesson but it was so difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but my arms just completely gave up and I stopped at around the 5 minutes mark😟I wish I can be strong, muscular, and empowered!

I love it. I did the entire routine with 5 lbs on each side and could feel the burn. All I want is to tone my arms not to get them bulky so this is perfect!

My arms are really toned now and I am not afraid of rocking my tank tops during summer 🙂 If you can only do 5 minutes at a time, take a break and do another set later on. Persistence is the key. I would really like to be strong and muscular and have some self esteem one day, if that is possible!
@@rupinjeremiah9589 Hello again. This lesson is for boys and girls, like she says in the video. I still use the 5 lb because I didn’t want my arms to get bulky, just toned. Thanks again for giving me the inspiration and walking me thru an awesome work out! I'm a mother of one who is 2 years old and I'm in better shape than I have EVER been! xx
I wish that as you explained the movements you also told us what specific muscle is being targeted, I've noticed that a lot of workouts that are geared towards women are like this, very general and just kind of "arm" workout, instead of being letting us know what workout targets delts, front delets, biceps etc etc
During this lockdown, I have been doing one of your videos almost every day. . . working out my butt, my lovehandles, my abs, etc. I can see some changes, especially on my butty, but it is so difficult to see any definition in my arms. They are not fat and not too flabby, but would love to see some definition. Am I doing anything wrong? How often do I have to do workout? Please I need some good advice. Thanks!! June 3, 2020.
hello :) i really enjoy this channel, so thank you for doing this. i have a question: how many times a week should we workout? or how many minutes should we workout per day? or is it better to workout one day for our abs/ one for the arms/ one for the lower body and so on or a little of each at every workout? thank you!
Would you tell me how much dumbbell - weight do you suggest and how frequently it should be done? I would also like to know when will I start seeing difference? Thank You.
Hello Rebecca Louis. First time trying this, I started with 15 lbs, my hands felt like spaghetti afterwords. Is it ok to do tis everyday? Or should I mix it up? What do you recommend? You are gorgeous by the way.
Used 4kg weights and second time I've tried this workout. I can feel a burn in my arms today more than yesterday? I will keep you all updated of the progress maybe weekly!

I’m a beginner and have 5kg dumbbells. Just to know, can you do dumbbell exercises with any weight? And how many times a week would you do this workout? Before you need to give the muscles a rest? Also can you stick to just this workout to build muscle in the arms? Apologies for all the questions lol
I've just discovered these videos and love your style! What weight dumbbells do people usually start with? I have no previous experience with weight exercises, but I swim 3-4 times per week and I'd say that 'm generally reasonably fit. I bought 1 kilo (= 2 lbs) dumbbells but they seem kind of lightweight for this - I hardly feel the weight and the exercises are not difficult at all. Should I rather use 3 or 5 kilo ones?
Hi Rebecca I have an ab workout question. I had a hysterectomy done over a year ago and I want to know what are the best ab workouts to do to build up my abs again?
Rebecca, I love your workouts very much, you are the best. I have one question. Do I have to do this workout together with leg exercise and abs and how much sets? Thank you on answering! :D XHIT Daily
Hi, Rebecca. I was wondering if this video on its own is a good workout for arms in a day? I was looking for it on your website but it wasn't with the other arm workouts. Or maybe it was, and I missed it?
While I did not feel that this was challenging using my five pound weights, I could really feel the burn when I tried it with eight pound weights. So I think that this is a great workout if you're trying to make the transition to heavier weights.
Hey guys! New here and a little late I’m sure! I’ve started getting healthier this year. Since January I’ve lost 87lbs all through biking, hiking, and eating healthier of course. But I have no excercises that are covering my arms. So I’m wanting to start working on them. Is this a good one to strengthen and tone arms? Is it enough or should I be doing more than just this video? And do you do it daily? Thanks for any help I can get :)

They are not fat and not too flabby, but would love to see some definition. Am I doing anything wrong? How often do I have to do workout? Please I need some good advice. Thanks!! June 3, 2020.
hello :) i really enjoy this channel, so thank you for doing this. i have a question: how many times a week should we workout? or how many minutes should we workout per day? or is it better to workout one day for our abs/ one for the arms/ one for the lower body and so on or a little of each at every workout? thank you!
I love her videos, especially this one,i do it three times a week, and it does change my arms,i can definitely see result!
amocap Yeah she's amazing!! Have you seen her own channel Rebecca Louise?
Thank you for this video ❤ is 4lbs weight is okay. I just bought it yesterday. Try it. But am afraid if maybe its just too heavy
Thank you great arm video . I am using 3 lb weights just starting out what is the next weight lb I should use I find 3 lb too easy .
Would you tell me how much dumbbell - weight do you suggest and how frequently it should be done? I would also like to know when will I start seeing difference? Thank You.

Best arm workout video out there!
Nice short arm workout! Thanks, girl. Oh! Background music was pretty awesome also.
Nice, easy to follow instructions.
Really enjoyed these but glad I dropped down a weight - I can still really feel it.
Hi . I love your workout . Do you have for chest .? Thank you so much .
Hi Rebecca, I have been good to myself doing this workout three times a week. . . June 20
Hello Rebecca Louis. First time trying this, I started with 15 lbs, my hands felt like spaghetti afterwords.
Is it ok to do tis everyday? Or should I mix it up? What do you recommend?
You are gorgeous by the way.
Did this 2nd day in a row! Feels so good for a quick routine to start your day!
I absolutely enjoyed and felt every minute of this workout and I really enjoyed the instructor. Keep up the good work!
How many times we have to do this set in one time exercise? And how many times in a week? Thanks for sharing!
Used 4kg weights and second time I've tried this workout. I can feel a burn in my arms today more than yesterday? I will keep you all updated of the progress maybe weekly!
Did these twice this week with 4 kg dumbbells, first time one round second time 2 rounds - love it , it is a really great arm workout routine :)
Oh wow, 4 kg is just incredible arm strength! Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I did not use any weights at all but still could not even finish one round and stopped as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!
I love this workout. I have never done some of the exercises shown in the video. I now have a new arm routine.
how often do we do this workout
I love this routine, what weight would you recommend? I'm doing 10 lbs right now.
Never gets old this workout love it.
I’m a beginner and have 5kg dumbbells. Just to know, can you do dumbbell exercises with any weight? And how many times a week would you do this workout? Before you need to give the muscles a rest? Also can you stick to just this workout to build muscle in the arms? Apologies for all the questions lol
Can you recommend any routine in following your exercises?
I've just discovered these videos and love your style! What weight dumbbells do people usually start with? I have no previous experience with weight exercises, but I swim 3-4 times per week and I'd say that 'm generally reasonably fit. I bought 1 kilo (= 2 lbs) dumbbells but they seem kind of lightweight for this - I hardly feel the weight and the exercises are not difficult at all. Should I rather use 3 or 5 kilo ones?
You were very helpful thanks for making awesome work out videos
wonderful arm workout, how often can we do please let us know thank you.
Hi, brilliant workout.. How many times a week should I do this?
Hi Rebecca I have an ab workout question. I had a hysterectomy done over a year ago and I want to know what are the best ab workouts to do to build up my abs again?
Rebecca, I love your workouts very much, you are the best. I have one question. Do I have to do this workout together with leg exercise and abs and how much sets? Thank you on answering! :D XHIT Daily
Loved this all standing workout. I might work it into my repertoire of arm workouts.
Hi Rebecca,
How many repetitions and how many times a week should I do this weight exercises??
Who is here in 2023 ?
Hi, Rebecca. I was wondering if this video on its own is a good workout for arms in a day? I was looking for it on your website but it wasn't with the other arm workouts. Or maybe it was, and I missed it?
While I did not feel that this was challenging using my five pound weights, I could really feel the burn when I tried it with eight pound weights. So I think that this is a great workout if you're trying to make the transition to heavier weights.
Hi, what is your weight of dumbels and how often should I do this ? I am afraid of getting pain or muscle damage .
Thanks Rebecca! Great workout!
