What is the ideal weight for the dumbbell?
there is no such thing...whatever you can lift but not easily
I've been doing your arm workouts for a month now. I usually combine two of the videos and do them 3x a week. My arms got 2.5 inches slimmer! :) Not a lot of definition yet but I was shocked how quick they got slimmer since they have been my problem area since childhood. I feel comfortable wearing tank tops now!
Hi I've only been doing the arm exercises the past few weeks and find them brilliant. Already i can sort if see dome definition somehow 😁
I was just wondering would it be possible to do some sort of exerciset to get rid of my thick waist!. From my mid core down to my crotch it is just one big same thhickness with no shape whatsoever. My mom always said whilst growing up ' you aint fat girl....just heavy bones!!! Please show me exercises that will give me a nice shapely waist. I would be extremlly grateful. I’m literally crying because this is the first time I’ve worked out in a while and I’m so insecure and I feel like I can actually do this
Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with half kg (1 lb) dumbbells but didn't even last half way in the video as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!
I just want to say I've been doing this work out for years now on and off. I cycle it through my routine and I enjoy it.
I started doing this workout one year ago, when I decided that fitness was going to be a life long commitment not just a diet or way to lose weight. I wanted to be fit and strong. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.
I LOVE how she switches up the muscles for each set. Challenging enough to feel the burn, yet doable as you move on to a different spot
Love that you do the exercises slowly - a lot of UA-camrs rush everything, and for an oldie like me I can't perform it properly unless it's a nice, slow pace.

Thank you, I needed a quick Sunday morning arm workout. This was perfect!
So I’ve been doing this exercise about 3 times a week for about 3-4 weeks and it really works. I know a lot people check comments to see if this workout works and it really does. There is a lot of more definition in my arms without making them bulky. It makes your arms lean and toned!
Also I’m using 8 pound weights. Just makes it a little harder
I absolutely enjoyed and felt every minute of this workout and I really enjoyed the instructor. Keep up the good work!

Hello every one, I am here again. For one full month I didn't workout at all -one of my dear friends passed away so, so suddenly andI felt so low for quite some time. I bounced back and I am so, so motivated to workout again. It is not going to be easy but as my mom used to say "when there is a will, there is a way. Wish me luck. In this particular video Rebecca is alternating between 5 and 10 pound dumbbells (mainly 5 lbs), but feel free to experiment until you find what works for you!

I do most of your videos, and this is my FAVORITE arm workout! I love that I can keep my 10LBS for this one and I don't have to do any drop sets. I can feel the burn, Rebecca!
Wow Angela, 10 lbs is incredible arm strength! Is this class also suitable for men? I started this lesson but it was so difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but my arms just completely gave up and I stopped at around the 5 minutes mark😟I wish I can be strong, muscular, and empowered!

I have just done one daily for the past 3 days and loving the quick and low weight to tone my arms. Already noticing a small change and just overall use with hand sewing as well in my upper back and shoulders. Arms and upper body was not always my strength but will continue with this.

Kellie, I tried this with 3 lbs and did it for the first time. This is a short great workout! I plan on doing this every other day for about 8 weeks along with some ab toning and on the day I don't do it, I'm getting 30 mns of cardio in. I'm a pretty heavy girl so need to start out slow. This workout I can definitely handle. Thanks for doing this one...love the slow movements! Can really feel the burn! Wish me luck!

could you please make a video on how to stretch your body before/after any workout?
here is a link for several stretches.....one is Debbie Seibers long and limber (under stretch routine) then there is another Long and Limber stretch with Janine Christmas. Both are really good

This was great! Slow burn for sure! The key is to go at her place and feel the muscles work, going fast isn’t effective!
