- This is your BodyFit by Amy Cardio Agility 10 Minute Quick HIIT Workout! This is a 10 minute quick HIIT with three rounds of each move. We're going to get in that cardio and it's all gonna be agility while we increase the intensity every 30 seconds. Are you ready? Let's do it!

This was great, easy way to get moving. I was able to do it on lunch. I enjoyed there was a standing version for everything, so I was able to do it at work.

This is great. I usually like to do th 25 minute kettlebell on Saturdays before I start my day. But tody I add this one right after for my "cool down." ;0
