  • This is your BodyFit by Amy Cardio Agility 10 Minute Quick HIIT Workout! This is a 10 minute quick HIIT with three rounds of each move. We're going to get in that cardio and it's all gonna be agility while we increase the intensity every 30 seconds. Are you ready? Let's do it!

    I love doing cardio agility in a HIIT style. This short version and the longer version are absolutely fantastic! I combined this with your standing cardio mobility workout for the perfect active recovery day today! 👍✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️!

    Added this as a bonus to cardio conditioning! I had to stay with the mid level but I still felt the sweat and burn! I tried the highest level but no way! Lol Great Tuesday workouts! 💜 Loving March Momentum!

    This was great, easy way to get moving. I was able to do it on lunch. I enjoyed there was a standing version for everything, so I was able to do it at work.

    I always appreciate short workouts that fit into a work break. I kept to the second level to maintain low impact, but might try chair planks rather than going all the way to the floor. Thanks, Amy!

    This is great. I usually like to do th 25 minute kettlebell on Saturdays before I start my day. But tody I add this one right after for my "cool down." ;0
