Awesome quicky before some yoga stretch! A nice filler for between days of your longer ones. And looking up "playlist" with you is a game changer!!! Way faster for finding specific work out needs from your list! I would search and scroll. I learned something new 😁
Couldn’t work out for 6 weeks (health issue)but back today with this one- thankful for these quick but still challenging workouts to help me get back into it! Xo

I love your workouts especially the 10 and 20 minute ones. I did this one for the 1st time today and as you told me to head down to the floor for the 3rd time I lost it and I actually said "I Hate You Amy" but I did it through gritted teeth and glad I got it done. Forgive me!
