SarahBethYoga ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🧘🏻♀️
Just want to take a moment to commend you for extremely clear step-by-step instructions. I totally felt like I could play along from home.
totaly agree!
agree with Tim T! Thank you SarahBeth
Agree so much it would help thank you Tim T and thank for the recomend for her and thank you Sara it helped so much to relax definitely fixed my hip pain and now im free of pain and thank you for awsome yoga
Agreed.
100%! It's always so clear. Well done Sarah Beth!
I’ve been lifting for a while now, and finally decided to stop ignoring the fact that I need to stretch. This was my first yoga stretch.... and it was brutal. I was calling on Jesus the whole time 😂
I feel you 😅
Finally someone understands me 🤣🤣🤣
Amen bro lol
same lol
Well, your muscles werent healing in the exact way they should then, so yeah, it hurts XD
I love how she explains areas of sensation and makes you think about what you're feeling. This really helps me as a beginner in yoga.
I agree Alex, it's a lovely technique isnt it. It makes yoga accessible for people who may have experienced trauma. Not telling folks what what they are feeling/should be feeling but just an invitation to be curious of our bodies and notice any sensations. It's a sign of a well informed teacher 🙏🏻 💕
Yes! It helps me to be aware of what I should be feeling, and that I’m doing the poses correctly
I never want to ignore the hard work of the yoga instructors, but this woman is a miracle. Her practices are like made for me. I feel amazing every time! 🙏
I've been lifting heavy for 15 years and in the last few years, my strength has slowly declined, while gaining increased soreness and chronic stiffness. I finally tried yoga, and your instructions have saved me. My strength is better than ever, and I feel so loose and limber, as well as mentally refreshed every day. I feel 20 again! I am a true believer! Thank you Sarah Beth!
Dude, 3 minutes in and I had to take a break... bad idea to be a lifter who doesn't stretch. I'm just like you were
Quarantine and Yoga! This is the only thing getting me through this madness. Thank you!
My thoughts exactly!
This my favorite yoga video. I love the music. The length between poses is perfectly timed. Your narration is so relaxing. I've done this several times and it doesn't get old. Thank you!
Thanks always lead me do yoga every day
Angie Moore omg me too. This is my go to even my babies love doing it
This was better than a paid yoga class - awesooome!
"Melting" was such a perfect term to use to help feel my body's tension release
lol. But I was doing this with my boyfriend -- relaxing and "melting" into the mat....until he started quoting the witch from Wizard of Oz in a high-pitched voice. "I'm melting! I'm melllltinnngg!!!"
Don’t think about it, just do it. Yoga is really a 100% life changer, and with Sarah Beth is always the best way to start your day. Your body, soul and mind deserve it.
lacing the fingers with the toes was a pretty awesome first for me. thank you!
SarahBethYoga I just did this video and I think it's my first with you. You will be the only yoga videos I'll follow from now on because 1. Your instructions are SO CLEAR and easy to understand 2. You don't do commentary not related to you and, most importantly, 3. You don't breathe all loud and male a bunch of mouth noises. Thank you and kudos!
Love the long slow pace of this routine! Thanks SarahBeth : )
Thank you🙏
*sigh* I have missed your yoga videos Sarah Beth. I have accepted a challenge to get back on the mat after letting myself go. You are a true inspiration - constant, consistent and ever encouraging. I see and read your emails... have done for almost 4 years now. I can't wait to take this journey and to just 'be'... working mindfully, patiently and graciously to be a better and healthier 'me'. Never too late. Thank you so much Sarah for giving us your time for free. Blessings to you and yours, always 🙏 Namaste
First time watching. I like the fact that you have some soft music and you give simple instruction and you don't do a lot of talking. Really like the video I will be back and have subscribed
Loved this slow stretch so much! Only thing is I wish you would've incorporated a little more upper body as well 😀
I like that it is not a repeating yoga work out. Just stretches to help all parts of my body
The two most important things yoga has taught me so far is how to relax and how to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. I have Sarah Beth yoga to thank for that.
🙏💙😊
I've been feeling sore lately and like I always need to stretch. I found this, and I'm trying to do it about one or twice a week and it helps SSSOOO much!! Thank you so much! Your amazing!
Btw, i love your voice! It's so claming and relaxing and doesn't ruin the mood at all like some other people's voices with stuff like this
I’m currently in a hotel quarantine this has not only helped my stiff muscles and bones but has got ridden of my anxiety!! Love it!
"Hinge from your hips and fold over your cow legs." That's like level 37 yogi fam 😂
Was thinking the same, thought there was something wrong with my joints! 🤣
I remember when this came out, the notification came up and I did it and it had been out about 20 mins. Since then I've done a yoga teacher training course and practiced every day and then not for months. I always come back to your videos! Even during my training I would hear the names of poses in my head in your voice, I'm Irish so they sound so different when I say them, lol. Thanks so much Sarah Beth 😘
I really like how you encouraged us to “pay attention to any new sensation”. It made me more mindful of how quickly the body releases tension after just a few short stretches. I really noticed how my flexibility changed over just 20 minutes.
I'm an avid yogi of 8 years and I woke up feeling SO tight this morning, as if I'd never practiced yoga in my life! This stretch was awesome because I could control the intensity and add variations for whatever level I was feeling today. Your voice is very relaxing and I enjoyed the music. Thank you!
My 9 years old and me, did this Yoga today as a home physical activity. It feels really good. Thank you
I really appreciate how your exercise immediately starts upon clicking on the video. This is rare on UA-cam where the average exercise leader talks for many many many minutes beforehand
You came here for yoga… let’s get to it 🙏
This is my second day of yoga after having lost all time for it and exercise in the last two years due to study and work. It feels great to start again but cowlegs is sooooooo tough hahaha... great videos as always, great instruction, thank you.
that leg crossing thing,,,, damn,,, ouch
I really enjoyed how the video focuses solely on you with the white background. This kept my mind naturally focused on the practice rather than occupied by the pretty backgrounds that usually you see. Also enjoyed that you weren't speaking in the video content and your guidance was over the video. Super funky way of getting into the cow over the leg pose and i was able to go deeper than i typically do in this position. Thank you!
The toe hug was the weirdest yet the best feeling of this routine! I’ll definitely come back to this to improve my flexibility and decompress 💗
I love you and your videos Sarah. Infact I love y'all yogis and beginners reading this. Have a great day
Emeth W you too. Take care
This was great, so relaxing and I feel really loose and relaxed afterwards. The poses are held for just long enough to feel the burn and start to release. Thanks!
Ty..sat nam..❤
Just watch this video. I’ll start tomorrow February 11. What do I like about this video, it’s soothing and Sarah Beth gives you time to find your balance. So pumped to start. Thank you Sarah Beth!!!🙏
Really enjoyed this introductory yoga session and feel great! Wonderful way to spend some corvid-19 self isolation time. 😁
Hi Sarah Beth, I read your email yesterday and I was shocked. I hope you are feeling better now, as you make us feeling better everyday with your videos. Thank you so much for your beautiful work. I hope you get well soon ❤️🩹
Namaste 🙏🏼
I love this slow yoga on your channel Sarah Beth! I always expect it to seem long but it actually goes quicker than normal paced yoga. Feels so good!
Ddddxxxxx
Started following Sarah on you tube since before christmas and I do a daily practice with my wife. I am amazed what strength and flexibility I have gained. Now to see what happens with a daily video until next Christmas! Who's in to find out how good they can be?
This channel is the only one I have been able to find that gives me the same exact feeling as when I'm in the studio. Subscribed and hit notifications. I have already created a summer schedule for when I will do each of your videos!! Thank you!
I love your video, your music is so calm. My favorite part of this video is when you paused for few seconds and not rush. So its easy to follow and be mindful.
Hi Sarah, thank you for providing a sequences that offers space for me as I age and my body strength changes.
Thank You. I was not a fan of Yoga years ago because I didn't like the chanting in the classes. Now, I've found videos that focus on the workout part; not the spiritually aspect. Thank you. I made it through the video!
my body felt very loved and pampered with this practice. love the toe hug!!
LOOOOOVE this comment! The toe hug feels especially great right before bed too 😃
SarahBethYoga awesome! Thank you for this! Love the cow face pose- great hip stretch and way to tell where you are😄a good reminder and inspiration to do more yoga!
Thank you so much for this! My husband and I both have very stressful work lives and thus realized it started affecting our home life, we have no only been doing these yoga vids every for about two weeks now but wow! It has changed our lives. Not only are we more calmer when it comes to work but our whole house always feels so calm and zen after every yoga session. With every yoga session we would release all the stress of the day and then have the rest of our night to just enjoy each other’s company. Thank you for that.
I barely broke a sweat but it was helpful in stretching and relaxing. Thank you. Will look for other videos too.
You’re so welcome! Check out my other videos 💙
My favorite part is a tie between the "toe hug" and "funky switch" from seated cow. Love this! Thanks!
Just what I needed at the end of my day after a solid run. Thank you!
LOVED switching sides for cow legs ....turn left turn left turn left MADE ME SMILE so clever
Great way to start my morning. Your narrative was extremely calming as well.
I’m so glad you liked it! 😃
Your work outs are a perfect balance for us and with the Yin demension we love . Thank you so much.I've been a Yoga teacher since 1971 (though semi retired due to health issues since
2012 ) and my daughter has done Yoga since age two she's 29. We both love your style .
Every time I saw a 20mins stretching video, I always assume ‘yeah, a breeze’ but WRONG again! This was the toughest yet but amazing video nonetheless! Love all the poses which I have not done for a while: the cow legs and shifting back and sit on our heels (as I have pain in one knee, It was really difficult on one side but on the other side, it was perfect.) And it’s great to try some of those poses I have never come across: toes hug and the other one, whilst in low lunge, we have our hands inside one of the knee/leg which was at the edge of the mat while trying to sit the opposite hip on the mat (this I found quite strong, I don’t seem to be able to straighten my arms while keeping my the opposite knee/leg in its original place on the mat ). I will definitely have to add this to my regular practice as after the practice, it has lessened the knee pain, I expect this was as a result that all the associated muscle to the knee have been stretched. Thanks!
This video has been great for stretching out my hips and glutes after a tennis match or other exercise. I'm 57, and work a desk job, and not as flexible as I used to be. For older, weekend athletes, stretching is really important if you want to avoid injury and play longer! Thanks!
I used to say I was flexible.
Your 20-minute video determined that was a lie.😂
😂
@@ReyaBachmann you look pretty flexible 🥺
this is the only yoga video i feel like you describe the poses so well i don’t need to constantly be looking up
12/05/2022. Monday.
What a great way to stretch into Monday!
I'm enjoying my first real journey with yoga! It's very inspiring to keep coming back everyday!
Really enjoying these videos, using them alongside bjj,to improve my flexibility.
I've been suffering with lower back and tight hips, and I'm noticing and improvement already, thank you.
My hips were so sore from the workout I had done yesterday and I was in desperate need of some relief. I am beyond happy I found this video and you! God bless you Sarah Beth, I have been practicing yoga with you for almost two months now and it has changed my life! You've inspired me to become a yoga instructor one day and I'm so excited to continue learning from you! Thank you for all that you do, keep up the amazing work!
Hi, Sarah.
Can you give me some tips on the 'booty drop' from lunge? I seem to be dumping into my supporting shoulder and it's not all that comfortable!
Great routine! I'll be revisiting this one! Thank you for sharing. xx
Hi Laura! Try adjusting where your supporting hand is, you mat need to inch it further away so there is less weight in your wrist and more of a stretch along your side :)
SarahBethYoga 😚 💙 thank you!
Oh this was an issue for me as well. Glad I checked the comments! Thank you
After I started doing this 3 times a week my back injury started getting drastically better. No pain and no stiffness. I am almost ready to get back into the gym after more than 1 year pause due to a slipped disk. I subscribed and will keep doing your yoga stretches at home. THANK YOU!
i laughed when you said to lace my fingers with my toes because i always wear socks lol
I love the amount of time for each stretch because it give your body a chance to decompress into the pose. Perfect class for after a cardio or leg workout.
This is Good. Thanks Sarah
I'm so glad you liked it!
Hi Sarah,
Just a message to say thank you 😊
We are a yogi family but since we have been stretching with your online videos things have been
even better.
I've had alot of pain in my hips and gluts but since I've started yoga with you I'm pain free. All 4 of us including our 9 and 16 year old daughters make time in our days to yoga together with you 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏼♀️🧘🏼♀️🧘🏼
😊 thanks
Kristy
Me: Let’s do some yoga, I need to stretch
Also me: I think I’m bout to fall
Me again: I think I’m bout to fall
Me: Lord help me I’m falling!
18mins later of falling
My sister: that was easy! Let’s do it again.
Being in quarantine and spending too much time on the sofa or in bed, this is definitely what I needed. I might have cried a little and asked God for help but it was worth it. You have just gained a new follower.
gigi hadid brought me here and i’m eternally grateful
paris melosi Sammw
I🚲 lot, used to go to the gym for the off season to lift weights...then 2 years ago I discovered Yoga and NY the Spring of the following year I was stronger than ever, long, lean...felt so light. ..I dropped everybody on the hills ...told them. ...do yoga...I found Sarah Beth now...I am set, thank you fr your help
I'm so glad you found me! 💙
That I love it !! After a jogging session 😍😍😍😍
I cried when you said we often give to others and not ourselves. Thank you for that release. I feel so much better after my 4 hour stretch/yoga class 2 days ago. You are an Earth Angel.💥💖
quarantine yoga time... Any one???
This is one of my favorites! The low lunges, foot massages, and booty drops felt amazing today! I would love it if you could make a 15- or 20-minute flow for people who stand all day at work. Thanks for all you do for my body and mind! :)
Hoo... this one was difficult for me!
Can we just appreciate the really calm music in the background and also her voice is so soothing
I'm doing the Whole 30 this month and also doing your yoga videos while I train for a half marathon! Summer bod here I come! I'm Vlogging what I eat if you want to check it out! I'd love tips!
I've been using this stretch in the morning before I start my work day as I suffer from chronic lower back pain. I believe it's really helping me and has been reducing the pain I feel going into my day. Thank you.
Who's doing this for school?
I love the 20 minute yoga. I get bored trying to do an hour. I will follow Sarah for 20 minutes. . .almost daily. Thanks for making it count!
Okay that toe hug might have changed my life....
I've been accessing your videos for some time now and I've deviated away and tried other youtube yoga instructors as well but honestly I always come back to yours SarahBeth. Your format, variety, explanations and your professional and calm approach simply works for me. Thanks for being here I really appreciate you!💕
6:38 who else just fell over? 😂
i leaned against the frame of my bed while doing that, only reason i didnt collapse.
Enjoy this video every morning for the last two weeks and feel so much better. My body is becoming stiff as I age. This stretching routine is great. Thanks Sarah Beth
Am I the only one who’s here bcs Gigi Hadid?
Ho Zoki Meee
Meee
Yeaaah
Nope. I came here because may P.E teacher told me to.
why is everyone talking about gigi hadid in the comments section?
That transition from the knees stacked to the butterfly pose, was EVERYTHING. And I loved the toe hug. Thank you for this video
The toe hug felt astounding, I’m grateful 💖
Oh Sarah Beth. Thank God for you. Your yoga routines always hit the spot with me. You have a video to suit every mood i am in. I have been doing your classes for nearly a year - throughout my last pregnancy too. I have finally made yoga part of my daily practice (something i always wanted to achieve!) Thank you so much for making my mornings so wonderful.... i could listen to your voice all day and my body is now my friend. xx
I just did this practice with my 15 year old son who is training to be a boxer, this really helped him stretch his whole body and also helped him with his breathing regime. This is a great video for practicing yoga at home. Thank you for a great video.😊😊🤗🤗
Today I've just haven't been myself, had a really bad bout of anxiety and imposter syndrome (writing my personal statement for ucas application) , being a mature student can be tough. Worked 60 hrs last week, my whole being was aching. This video literally saved me today 😉😊
Wow, finally found a stretch video that has clear step-by-step instructions, calm music, and is very “forgiving” and relaxing. Thank you! Can’t wait to check out your other videos!
I've done this routine several times now, it's my go to after a hard day in the gym. Love your pace. Other people's videos go way too fast and don't seem to hold positions long enough to be affective.
What did I like best about this video? Your soothing voice, directions, and relaxed speed. Best video I’ve ever done!!
I love your stretches, I have been disabled for such a long time with an auto immune disorder, but am I finally beginning to start doing yoga and your stretches have help strengthen my core . So Many many Namaste to you.
This video was a god sent after a long day of skiing. Namaste!
I’ve recently discovered SarahBeth and I am very grateful. I love the cues which alway seem to work for me. I am getting a strong yoga experience. Thanks so much!
This was so wonderful, Sarah. I was quite sore after a lot of running yesterday. I was able to feel a deep stretch in my hip-flexors, gluten, hamstrings, and I loved the interlocking of fingers with toes, especially. Thank you so much. Wish you all the best!
ok I dont normally leave comments but I just had to for this one. I have gone through so many morning yoga stretch routines because after having 2 kids I really need some me time to relax. This is the first yoga video that I didnt stop after the first 5 min. Your voice is relaxing the music is relaxing the poses felt amazing and I was so refreshed and ready to go for the rest of the day. I think I will incorperate this into my daily routine now. Thank you!
Thanks Sarah. I struggle to be consistent. I practiced every day fir three months following your videos and it was great. Slipped out of daily and I’m trying hard to get back. Love the videos. Thanks again
Great!! I’ve seen videos where the instructor talks continuously throughout the video, but you don’t have any of that and it is really peaceful and just amazing...Thank you 🙏
Months of home office chair and I am so grateful for your videos.
I am new to yoga but I’ve always been a little flexible. Working out at the gym and stretching after is nice but I find that the deep stretches in this video helps to relax me even more in the evening to not be to sore the next day and get a good nights sleep.
Sarah Beth you make my body do things that I never thought possible! I have been thru many UA-cam Yoga teachers until I found you! Absolutely love your videos! I appreciate them so much. It is a space without judgement that I look forward to everyday! The calm deep breathing is my favorite part! So many yoga teachers seem to fly thru different poses. But I love sitting with the pose and connecting with my body and the different sensations. Thanks again💕
