New term for chataranga: flying dog kick. My schnauzer flew off my mat the first time, then my chihuahua! So funny, poor little dears. Needless to say, they're quickly learning to stay away from me during yoga! Wonderful session, thank you.

I've been discovering these shorter classes this summer and I'm really glad I am. I've always gravitated to your longer classes but I find I get just as much out of the shorter ones.
Thank you Erin - this was a really good down-to-earth “real“ practice. I had stopped yoga for a few weeks because I had injured myself trying to do impossible poses and assanas with another UA-cam channel. Good morning I really enjoyed this practice I had my muscles were quite tired and sore from a previous workout from the day before and this help has helped relax my muscles thank you again

This was perfect. A routine short enough to do in the morning and active enough to get the body warmed up.
