Craig’s videos have been by my side for the past month. I wouldn’t have survived my breakup. I thank God to have send me to craig.
Craig I know you see comments like this all the time but I really truly thank you for creating these videos. From the 1st day of the breakup when I was stuck in bed crying and miserable and until now, about a week out of the breakup, I watched your videos. I’m not completely there yet but I can say that every single day I feel 1% better. Thank you for your wisdom, sympathy and humor that is getting me through this. ❤️❤️
He really helped me a lot through my seperation also, i also saved my marriage thanks to his advice and listening to his videos almost 24/7!

I think he lied about the letter being opened by someone else & the entire staff reading it. I think he just lies in general. Pathologically so. Probably a narc too. But definitely has a screw loose.

Sounds like my female LDR ex. She plays a lot of games and makes up excuses too and gets angry when I even ask her about these things.
What I Love is Craig's ability to assign the emotions that go with each thing mentioned. So many people try to make you feel normal emotions are crazy.
Is it possible that the woman may actually have a secure attachment style but be with a narcissist or a man that has narcissistic tendencies making her look anxious? Or even as you said bipolar
That's what my ex told me while breaking up: " you have never been my priority"... It was extremely painful.
I do not understand this really. They are with you for a couple of years and they know that they took your time and energy and in the end they say that...like, I invested so much to show you how much I genuinely love you and you had a gut to say to me something like that?! What is wrong with those people?! I am so tired of this sick society and their need to destroying everything that is pure, beautiful and normal..

I think he was already looking for an excuse to break up with her.
I want my ex back AND I want to work on myself. Its not like I didn't want to work on myself before, it's just that I have the urgent motivation now (channeling my anxiety constructively) and I have the time now, being alone. Also, the lack of info on what my partner was thinking to want to break up, makes me want to improve in all areas, since im just guessing the unspoken problems.
The ignoring triggers all kinds of stuff for us anxious attached. I know that pain.

Best one so far. All I hear is this person is dead or this person is in the hospital. Three people were in the hospital the last time he decided to me off and that was his excuse for not showing up. None of these people live in the same state as we do. Unbelievable. Laughed out loud at this but it is an eye opener for me. Thanks for this video!

You are a God sent. I get it now! I never got in trouble in my younger years. I am successful and much aware of how my childhood is connected to some of my shortcomings...l have worked really hard in staying Centered. But, you have touched my core. Feeling abandoned leaks out when l least expect it. It's still alive. I am a caretaker and giver. Always helping others and when they leave l feel used. Why accept my help, gifts and time and then hurt me.? I know l am not perfect but, l don't do well with conflict and abusive behavior. It messes me up!!!

do you think that bc a person sees or believes the other person is not giving priority to their partner that is why the partner's anxiety increases amd causes the one who is not receiving enough attention anxiety to increase therefore showing the behavior of needy or clingy? do you have a suggestion on which video to watch when a person feels like he or she is not receiving enough attention and what that person could do? btw i also love margaret and believe we are kindred spirits. i hope i can be an lcsw in the next 5 years. i am very similar to her in my career choices so far. thanks for what yall do. it helps in more than calming but also learning about me and how i can help others!

Hello Craig.. I am so lucky to have found you.. I have watched all your videos some more than once.. A topic I am dealing with is my partners addictions. Alcohol, marijuana, and pornography. He has stopped drinking however pornography seems to taken the place of alcoholism. Cross addiction is what I thought. I have confronted him, and he blames me for it. I know that's not true. He said there is nothing wrong with what he's doing. Although, he looks at it at work, while having conversations with me or kids. He has since deleted all the sites he was on and mentioned the black web. I assume he isn't going to stop. It has affected our sex life and our relationship in general.. I would appreciate it if you could make a video regarding this topic and what one should do about this behavior. I don't know how long I can take it. Should I leave or put up with it? Thanks in advance.

Exactly like what you said Craig, it is unbelievable that my mom she has blamed me for why she and my dad fighting each other 365 days a year! But, it was because of her suck personality and my dad suck personality that they fight all the time 365 days we the kids have never got a calm and peaceful day and that never mattered to them, but they blamed me!!! IT IS REALLY FRUSTRATING THAT MY MOM ACTUALLY DID THAT TO ME and uncountable times she blames me that is my micro-cultural life of my family and the communism of Vietnam has turned people into like that....that is not the place for me......and these are the reasons why I have fight all my way to leave Vietnam for America!! Now, i have been dating with a guy with the same bad attitude like my parents in Saigon, Vietnam and he blamed me for his bad behaviors. But, I have grown up and more experienced with these abusive behaviors......I look for other guy until I find the good man who actually and sincerely acknowledges I am a great lady for him in many ways with inner beauty and a very attractive appearance.

God kraig i do act exactly like thise guy (about getting very mad and then feeling guilty and apologise after) yes i'm diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder. I know is hard for people around me, but belive me when i say it's súper hard for me 'couse i'm really a good guy, just can't control my feelings. Si fortunate i do never cross agresion boundaries

I'm never been a priority,by anyone. The reason I wasn't a priority recently was because I was next in line to the person he wants to be with. Another ex choose staying married to a woman who was gone for twelve years, and family also,never FIRST. Now I'm trying to find myself,and make me a priority because no one else does

Hi coach Craig, first of all i'm a big fan of your work, and second i've got a very interesting situation but can't afford a session because currency in my country is pretty bad. So i was in a 10 year relationship and she broke up with me about a year ago, i kept going with my life than started dating a new girl, the ex got so obsessed with me and tried to get back with me to a point she asked a friend in common to ask me for a favor, little did i know they would both come to my house and post pictures and videos on instagram so the new girl would see it and you know broke up with me(we're LD at the moment because i had to move cities due to a good career opportunity) both exes have very bad attachment styles, i'm doing fine just wanted to hear your thoughts on this one.. thank you for sharing your gift!

It means he didn’t follow through. Any man who wants to have dinner with a woman, will have dinner with her.
What if he invited a gal along who he called his "friend" that he had known many years, but you never heard of this person until recently. And he never told you about the outing with the guys (plus this "friend") which made it no longer just a guys outing.
Its just a ski trip. Its snow big deal.

To me , I think he has someone on the side. He is getting upset rather easily. His comment stating were not married I dont have to tell you everything tells the story and is very inconsiderate and harsh.

It's been 5 months since my ex and i broke up and we have not contacted each other since then. I told her i'm not interested in a friendship, that i only want her as my girlfriend, and if she changes her mind to give me a call. About 2 months after the breakup, she started viewing my whatsapp stories but i never viewed hers nor did i click like on any of her photos on social media she's posted since the breakup. Two weeks ago i posted 2 different photos on the same day, one on Facebook( I changed my profile pic) and added a photo on instagram, and she clicked like on both of them. I also added a video to my instagram story last week and she viewed it. I won't reach out to her first, but do you think she will contact me, or am I thinking too much into the situation.? avenger516 exes check on exes all the time. I have an ex that told me she still checks my social media and we've been split up for years now. Regardless of what their true feelings or intentions are, keep doing what you've been doing. Don't reach out or contact them. Her liking your stuff is breadcrumbs to see if you have any level of attraction left. Scarcity breeds obsession and as long as you stay centered and confident about where you in your life right now, in due time she will reach out to you. Sending good vibes your way brother!!
avenger516 any updates? My situation is similar in that it's been 6 months of strict NC and she has not reached out once. Over this last month, she has been viewing my WhatsApp stories which she was not doing previously. Last week she liked a photo of mine on fb. I don't post often only when I have something/ an activity worth showing.
I swore to myself never to reach out to her until she does and I intend to keep that.

I really like most of Craig’s videos but this one is off. This guy clearly has serious issues and his behaviour is not just brutal - it’s just outrageously mean. Anyone would feel anxious with this man. I really hope this lady has managed to move on and find a better partner.
