The best way I’ve learned to get an ex back and see if she truly has feelings for you is to totally disappear out of her life and also no contact let her see how life is without u around and trust me you’ll be surprised how she pursues u more than she ever did it works !

As someone else who's been through multiple break ups, always initiated by the other person, I can tell you each time they come back there is less respect there. You'd be best to move on and find someone who is certain about being with you. There's a saying"don't let anyone tell you more than once that you're not good enough". But I'm not the expert here!!!

Needing some reassurance 😢 it's been about 3 weeks since I saw him last and the urge to reach out is strong. I miss him so much. The pain is unbearable. I'm in limbo not knowing if you are on a break still or if he's gotten used to life without me 😞 he suffers from ptsd and said he needs to heal before he can be a healthy part of my life, but I fear he will get used to life without me. Just treat her like a friend don't pry or push and keep the conversation short remember it's your birthday you have things to do places to go and other people to talk too don't seek closure I wouldn't discuss anything that has to do with the relationship or it ending or your feelings just treat her like a person you know very little if there is long pauses or dead air ie silence end the conversation politely you know "thanks for the call and the birthday wishes and all hit me up again sometime for conversation"

Do not apologize for anything especially if she's guilting you just stay cool don't let her abuse you playing the blame game putting it all on you personally I'd just let her call go to voice-mail and see what the message says if its significant remember you've been in no contact up till the call she's probably been busy doing her it's ok to let her sweat and let her mind wonder while you have your fun it's your day she's not your girlfriend you get back to her when you're available do not prioritize her you put yourself first she doesn't get rewards cause it's your birthday it's not her birthday she could have been with you but she's not so yeah don't be easy it looks desperate and un attractive matter of fact I hope you erased her contact info if not do it now save yourself the trouble of knowing if she's calling if she calls you on your birthday after a break up that's kinda rude and manipulative that's why I said to let it go to voice-mail I wouldn't even call her back to be honest let her chase you be busy and stay busy you are the prize she left you in friggen limbo without a concern you're 19 there's other fish in the sea too see good luck to you and have an awsome birthday you deserve to be happy and with people who care about you and your feelings tomorrow is your special day don't let anyone ruin it especially an ex.

There is a video called A Difficult Announcement or something like that, which tells the story. Basically she suddenly got sick and went to the hospital but they couldn't save her. Very sad.
She passed away last fall.
