But this time, I followed the recipe using european butter, and after 10 min baking, they looked a little bit undone at the beginning, and now, after letting them set overnight I can say these are delicious and a little bit fragile.

So at this point I just gave up on the idea and assumed is only for decoration 😂😂. Especially since I saw you using a red stand mixer on a recent video. It looks pretty on your background haha.

Those cookies look amazing! I saved the recipe for later. Please consider making mulligatawny soup. It’s a savory soup with curry powder and lots of other ingredients that’s thickened with blended potatoes and it has a very slight hint of sweetness from apples. The version I had included chicken and I think it had cream in it too. There are lots of versions of this soup and many of them contain a surprisingly large list of ingredients, so there’s a great potential for you to customize your own version by combining your favorite ingredients from multiple recipes.

Ok I don’t know what I did wrong! I followed the recipe exactly and after 8-9 minutes in the oven they were still raw! After 20 minutes they were still not done. Yes the oven was on 😂 and I have a thermometer in the oven so the temp is accurate.
I made these, and even the ones I slightly overbaked were delicious! Literally melt-in-your-mouth, with the most wonderful lemon taste!

You can adjust the speed in the settings upper right corner, if it’s too fast. I sometimes speed things up instead!

Hmmm that's odd. How big were your scoops of dough?
@@SugarSpunRun Right?? I used a scooper, probably a tablespoon? They taste good, but took 25 minutes and they are still a little under done 🤷🏻♀️

You probably need to replace the element inside your oven. I had to do that once.
