With the patience of a goldfish, too, my goodness. Like, (A) "Next week" isn't a significant delay; and (B) Hopefully most of us have more important things going on in our lives than repeatedly refreshing a page on the internet, waiting for analysis of someone else's court case to come through?
I'm right here with being interested in Peter's analyses of other people's court cases. But I also have more important things going on in my life. This show is entertainment (for me), and I can wait a week for it. (Edit: And I'd rather wait a week for Peter's run-through, rather than listening to the UA-camrs who are rude for no reason or who don't actually seem to approach things fairly.)
I reckon that's true for most people. And I'm glad Peter isn't phased by it and is just carrying on living his life and letting people drift to and from his content depending on their own lives. Hope he keeps just fitting stuff around where it works out best for him, and doesn't start to mistake 'angry internet' tweeters as most people in real life.
She needed to be sanctioned. The fact that she never is and always gets away with it is why she always behaves this way. Where is the Judge with a set of ...... that will finally put Elaine in her place? Its disgraceful and a total waste of everyone's time. She needs to hand the 6 mil over to Johnny's team to pay them back for wasting their time.

Ya know I have no life…no really Lol! I’m chronically ill and Disabled and just 44 yrs old but to be fair I do get paid TO BE SICK, see Drs, deal with insurance companies, all the normal things like bills etc and I am still a parent of 4 sons, 1 that is still home for 2 more weeks before college move ins 😭 and help watch my 2 grandbabies here and there…AND still I expect nothing except do it when you can and I’ll watch it when I can. 😉 AND I’m appreciative for you Peter and all you do! So if my “I have no life” self can be kind so can others! My word peeps have to be plum out there to assign a time and expectation on someone they legit do not know nor do they know his life (except we do know he’s a lawyer and a husband and father pretty sure that’s a full plate as is 😆).
Whew anywho appreciate what you do Peter! I love the detailed yet short and to the point videos and always learn so much. Long ago I graduated with my bachelors in Criminal Justice and was accepted into Law school and then my body decided that just was not possible. It totally was nothing short of hard as heck to abandon my goals BUT I did get to be a stay at home mom while sick. 🤷♀️ There’s always a positive right?! She has been manipulating through her lies, gaining advantage through those manipulations, ruined the reputation of an innocent man, and when she was caught out she doubles and triples down. So, no, we are not going soft on her. She is getting exposed for the liar and abuser she is. If you can’t see that, you didn’t watch the whole trial.

I saw a tweet today on Twitter of an 2008 article on Amber Heard who had said ' It'll be a sad day when I care what a stranger thinks of me' and yet she's now whining about what strangers think of her and how devastating it is to her emotionally, etc.

If you’re referring to the email of the unsubscriber, I think he or she doesn’t appreciate what Peter is offering. Peter is providing the legal aspects of the cases he covers, not a deep dive into the relationships , Hollywood gossip or a complete background history of those involved in these cases .
He’s going through the documents from a LEGAL perspective, based on his education and experience. Why was this let in but not other evidence? Why did the judge rule the way they did? He always invites his viewers to share any knowledge about the cases he covers .

I can imagine that doing 14 hours with Dr Smeagol would require a significant amount of mental fortitude. If you didn't have a problem before you saw him you'd probably have PTSD afterwards.

I felt watching Dr. Spiegel on the stand, he was the one who needs to be evaluated. Obviously he, himself, was on some psychotic drugs. Especially when he used Pirates of the Caribbean as an example to test him. He was terrible on the stand.
Can you please go over the documents where Elaine breaks the Judges order and mention's SA when arguing to keep camera's out of the court. I think that Ultimatley led to Camera's being allowed in. Please go over that

Not necessarily from what I gathered listening to EDB cover this. Basically, the part about SV would have been off camera, but everything else would still have been televised. Elaine went on that one talk show interview going on about how hard she fought to keep the SV claims from being televised, but she’s literally the one who brought them up 🙄🤦🏼♀️
That sounds like the SA allegations was an attempt to bully Depp out of it. Afaik I never heard of these specific allegations towards Depp until this trial. I don’t even remember if it was even in her deposition. And I remember following this crap back when it was relevant at the time.
They imagined that the threat of those allegations going public in court would be the final nail in the coffin for Depp even if it wasn’t true. As we all know, media doesn’t care about what is true.
But what Elaine and Amber didn’t know, was that Depp had nothing to lose either way. So bring in the cameras :D
That person who complained about you tickled me. That is the definition of entitled if I've ever seen it. As for the rest of the world, thank you for all the time you spend researching this stuff so we don't end up with worthless content.
In addition to histrionic and borderline, Kipper said she was a narcissist and sociopath. Sociopaths lack consciousness and empathy and have total disregard for laws and rules. Borderlines have unstable emotions and relationships and quickly swing from one emotion to another. Histrionics are manipulative, have an overwhelming desire to be the center of attention, and use seduction to meet their goals. Narcissists have an inflated sense of their own importance and a deep need for excessive attention. Pathological lying is common in all these disorders. And she’s on a cocktail of medications she is abusing and is drinking alcohol. To me this says she is dangerous. JD needs to look over his shoulders, and I hope her baby is safe.
KIPPER did not diagnose Heard with BPD snd HPD. He did refer to Derp as diagnosed with chronic substance abuse disorder. Your hero is an abusive drug addict.
Lawyer, how much did CURRY get paid for delivering the diagnoses counsel wanted. Notice with the court was filed that Curry would testify to BPD and HPD before Curry saw her. BPD and HPD are considered antiquated but it's a nasty label.

I think Kipper is a medical doctor though, not a psychologist/psychiatrist? If so he isn't licensed to be able to make such a diagnosis, but it is obvious there's some big Cluster B energy from her.

I wonder if the Judge’s decision to go ahead and unseal the documents, may have been swayed by the fact that Elaine and Amber went on National TV and blamed her loss on the Judge suppressing evidence that should have been allowed in court? I felt like that little stunt probably didn’t sit well with the Judge and she was like fine, I will show the whole world exactly everything that was suppressed and it’s not going to look good at all for Amber and her Counsel. IMO, the Therapists Notes that Amber said was their smoking gun, were very damaging to Amber and wouldn’t have changed the outcome of the trial.

Yes. She was grabbing that water! I think that was a nervous reaction. Also, there is no way a woman that is truly afraid of their husband would ever speak to them the way she would talk to JD. It reminded me of years ago when I had a girlfriend who was abused by her husband and was terrified of him. She told me “ one day I’m going to lock myself in the bathroom and tell him what I think of him!” How ironic that AH would bang on the bathroom door where HE had locked himself away from HER.

I was 20 at the time and was not getting the attention I wanted so I did things to at least get some attention. I'm the opposite of that stage of my life. He gas lighted me so much. He would turn the blame on me and make me feel.like I was going crazy. Recently I just watched an.eposode on ID go and the show Evil Lives Here. The latest episode on season 8 has a wife who would take her children.and herself to closet to get away from his rants. Years later when she's upset or stressed she still goes into the closet. That's a victim. If I talked to my ex like AH did to Johnny I would have been dead.

EB's gaslighting behaviour is juvenile. I've seen it so often with people who think they have power but lack the social skills to deal with it. They think they're clever but they're actually demonstrating their muddled thinking.

Honestly, since the beginning I have tried to have a neutral stance towards Elaine. "She's just doing her job", "she's just advocating for client", but omg, the more I hear and learn about her the more insufferable I find her. Her e-mails are chock-full of faux concern and "pleasantries", I absolutely hate it.

I started listening to you when you covered the Theranos trial with Elizabeth Holmes. I didn't even know about "lawtube" back then. I obviously kept listening during the Depp trial. Thank you for your time doing this. I am very appreciative of your time and energy putting this content together.
If Dawn Hughes didn't testify, then Shannon Curry wouldn't have testified. I wonder how much Curry's testimony affected the jury. Curry seemed to be spot on with AH's personality.

first, we saw elaine in her closing statement say they asked for 100mil because depp asked for 50 mil so they wanted an eye for an eye (really two). then now we're seeing that since heard has to do an examination on her mental health she's saying depp should have to as well (another eye for an eye). It's a pattern that there is no actual reason why heards side is doing it other than, "well Johnny doing is so we should too!". the fact that these are ADULTS bickering like children.
Oh ya. Remember the last time AH was on the stand, and there was an objection for unresponsive or something and AHs lawyer was like "bu-bu-buuut your honor, JD got to talk for a long time yesterday." I literally lmao. That's not a legal objection and if you're losing it's bc of that, and each party was granted an equal amount of time. The judge overruled that one which I didn't get but ya, lots of tit for tat with them
@@DanielleNicoleMakeup the judge overruling made perfect sense because it was the only way AH will admit to her lies by rambling to the point where she changed her stories. That also gave JD’s an opportunity to catch her on those changed lies and use it to their cross examinations. Plus it made the jury realise that she wasn’t believable at all.
So it's her fault that Dr. Curry even testified. I mean Elaine and the lawyers had to have know that by having Dr. Hughes evaluate AH it would open the door to their own evaluation. They clearly did not think that through.
Heard side didn't think about anything at all.
