Jack Depp, his son, lives in London. Johnny Depp being in London is most likely to visit with his son for the first time in at least 6 weeks. If he attended a concert at the same time, what is the issue with that. I am so sick of people always looking for bad intent and bad behaviour when his presence in London can so easily be explained and justified.
Also might have gone across to France to visit his daughter for her birthday! Easier from London than USA.

Plus she literally changed the story within this same trial ! And it just so happened to be between the time before and after the one week break that this revelation came to her manipulative self and team.
The is one of many contradictions in AH story line. The fact that she so clearly can depict events with certain details in her favor but cannot remember sequences when crossed. The narrative of what’s in her own words her truth. It’s quite fascinating to see a true narcissist try to gas light Camille during cross by pretending to not hear or misunderstanding certain questions, watch her clearly be non responsive and argue her case with the jury. So many characteristics detailed by Dr Curry in her previous testimony that AH played out during her testimony.

Australlia audio is one of the biggest reasons the public knows she's committing perjury. And she still tries to deny it. I really really hope some prosecutor decides to go after her for lying on the stand.

As far as I'm concerned this audio should put her lawyer's careers in jeopardy. They know this audio exists and repeatedly suborned perjury about what happened that night.

Perjury about what? I've listened to that entire tape and she does NOT say she cut Depp's finger off. So no lies.
She says she's sorry she hurt Johnny and later she gives a classic codependent apology: I'm sorry for being the element that sets him off. He had drunk the whole bar. He did 80,000 in damages. The servants say that Amber is crying every five minutes. None of them accuses her about the finger. The servants blame her instead for Depp's bender where he wrote on the walls for hours with his own blood mixed with paint while high.
There is nothing in her testimony that contradicts her words on the stand. But how many of you listened carefully to all of it?
Depp fans rarely look past the surface of what his team puts out as gospel. His team lies. Depp also lies. He's not a man; he's a myth.

What did come in was that the Dr made sure she had to leave Australia. They made sure she got away from Johnny so she couldn't hurt him anymore
I ascertained early on that Howell’s letter couldn’t be used because it was hearsay (what Whitney told) Howell. I also understand that they couldn’t use the Australia tape because Jerry Judge was deceased. It seems Amber’s team used the first portion (?). Also enough said with everyone else, why couldn’t they mute any statements Jerry made during the conversations? Like they redact info on texts and other evidence? Just curious.
I think they need to set an example on the perjury charges otherwise it will encourage others to lie in court

I have to agree. Women are often given the benefit of the doubt in cases such as these. But her claims got progressively more bizarre and extreme without the corresponding evidence. She took a picture of the bed splinter, but not of her bloody face, body, etc.. She was forcibly violated with a broken whiskey (?) bottle, but did not need to go to the ER to remove jagged fragments and medically repair the extreme injuries. So no medical intervention, hmmm for such a major trauma. Yet she took a picture of a light bruised cheekbone. Same with lacerated feet from walking on jagged glass fragments. No picture of bloody feet or mess and was capable of walking to the airport in high heels!!! Amber also is also more articulate than Johnny. He's a better actor because he can submerge himself in his roles, but being himself he comes off as painfully shy and awkward at times. Not "Look at me" Amber. She's articulate, voluble (too incessant at times), highly reactive in her creativity, and if all her actions and the other evidences did not effectively contradict her lies, she might have been able to bamboozle the jury with the 'less is more scenario.'
Incredibly Average opened my eyes 2 years ago with his thorough breakdown of all of the events. Amber Heard sounded like an absolute nightmare to deal with.

I listened to the full 5 hours recording. At one point JD says to AH "who threw the vodka bottle in Australia?" She answered "I'm not talking about that" Wish that would have been introduced.
Can you please give us a time stamp where she said that?
In order for the jury to have that particular question, they have to had answered yes to the question of "was there defamation?. Good news for JD

About the jury question: The first question after the statement "I spoke up against sexual violence - and faced our culture's wrath. That has to change." on the verdict form is: "Do you find Mr Depp has proven all the elements of defamation?" Then the jurors have to answer "yes" or "no". If they answer "no" they should proceed to the second statement. But they didn't.... They had a question for the judge. The conclusion is that they have already replied "yes" on the question if defamation was proved by JD. That's actually a good sign for team Depp... and bad for team Heard.

Another thing to consider is that there is a jury instruction that says explicitly *the statement* must be evaluated in the context of *the whole op ed*. So if there's any ambiguity about e.g. who the title is about, that ambiguity is resolved by looking at the content of the op ed. But it's the statement itself - that she spoke up against SV - that is defamatory. I believe this is good for JD bc nothing else in the op ed talks about SV, only the headline.

Did anyone notice that she targets men who are RICH and also BROKEN (tormented pasts)? Johnny was broken, and Elon Musk is also broken. Not to mention extremely RICH. If you’ve seen the documentaries on Elon and the interviews he’s done, you’ll know he also had a tormented past-picked on and made fun of for many years, even being beaten almost to death. Just for being “different” and not fitting in. And I’m not positive, but I think he might also be on the spectrum.
So they were both perfect targets for her. Because first and foremost, they had the *money* she wanted. And secondly, they were broken enough that she could manipulate and gaslight.
Anyone knowledgeable about narcissists knows that their favorite targets are always broken people, because they’re easier to gaslight.
It should be obvious that since Amber instigates the arguments, that's the reason she never could collect recordings; whereas, the one audio video she was able to collect did not have her drunk and throwing punches, but did capture a situation where she took advantage of him slamming cabinet doors and cursing due to issues that had nothing to do with her. Amber herself said that they were not fighting, and also Johnny brought out that it didn't involve her when he asked, "Did something happen to you"? Amber admitted that nothing happened to her; so she was just taking advantage of the situation effecting his demeanor in order to twist it and use it against him. She had ZERO audio video of him hitting her or abusing her in an argument or fight.
Depp also apologizes for "bloodbaths" and being a "f-- savage..." so don't forget his references to his own violence before he decided to pretend that he's ever been the kind of coward who hits his wife.
She had no reason to be in the kitchen other than she wanted to be there to secretly record him. She entered the kitchen at her own Will and remained there to record him at her own Will. No one forced her to go in there or stay there recording him. If she was SOOO afraid of him why did she go in there? If she felt intimidated why didn’t she turn on her heals and leave instead of recording him? She CLEARLY didn’t feel frightened or intimidated, even after he threw her phone in the bin. Instead, she laughed.

Think this was the day I think he came back from his meeting with his new business manager that nice gent who testified for JD .that day he fount out he had lost millions as his previous managers hadn’t paid the last 17 years and overcharged on other things AH had them testify against him as we all seen . It doesn’t matter the exact day. In Ambers point of view she was recording something that would be a daily event. The narrative she is trying to imply is that it’s morning hence her holding a cup of coffee to where as JD is drinking alcohol hence the “mega pint”. The fact that this is regular behavior from JD, drinking in the morning. Also try to imply that he was violent when under the influence of alcohol. JD’s assault on the kitchen cabinets and not AH in effect did not sway me in the narrative implied. I myself have been upset for what ever reason and hit a wall or a punching bag in the gym. JD’s implications of this video in fact did sway me as to AH’s motives behind taking recording. If and it’s a HUGE if she did not already have plans with f setting him up. She clearly staged the TRO, release of that video and he opt-ad at and with perfect timing to land herself PR and damage JD.
While I agree with this, and her behavior overall, it is not so far fetched to imagine that he might have beat her as well behind closed doors, we dont know. I dont really like either one of them, but feel according to evidence, she was the aggressor. This is a difficult one, but answering the main question is the key, so it should be simple. She did defame him, whether or not it cost him jobs is a grey area. Blessings and good wishes to all.

My experience with people who drink every day and also do drugs, is that they all use foul language. The females call each other cunts and bitches in an affectionate manner. There's no way Johnny Depp used foul language with Amber and she didn't use the same kind of language with him. So I don't think that his foul language with her can be labeled as abuse.
Not to mention she didn’t turn in all her texts. Judging how she edited the tmz tape before the tip off., I can just imagine the inappropriate texts she tried to hide from the court.

I read/heard that she wasn’t even there and walked into that situation. So it wasn’t even directed at her. Definitely not abuse. Maybe uncomfortable to walk into but not abuse if she wasn’t even there when it started.
I have seen property damage used as a coercive measure against their victim. Usually the abuser is destroying something while blaming the victim for making them that angry. I didn’t see any attempt to be coercive by Johnny in that video. He was just angry as f and destroying his own stuff that he can afford to replace.

Most of us that have been in DV situations would have never ever EVER approached an angry partner and started questioning them. I would have gone out of my way to avoid him, fearing he would inevitably re-focus his rage on to me.
I had a father that used to explode in anger and we never wanted to be around when it happened, lest he decide we had done something wrong and he could take it out on us. If we were already with him when his temper popped, I remember always just making myself small and trying to stay quiet and invisible. Thankfully my father rarely turned physical on us, mostly verbal.
The first time I saw that video where JD is slamming cabinets, I recognized that anger and fury. The gall of AH walking in that room asking him to explain himself in the middle of his hissy fit is just taunting him to respond. If my dad was ever doing that, I would have left the house. The only reason I could guess she inserted herself into that situation was to try to bait him into turning his fury on her. She needed firm proof of abuse, but had thus far not gotten anything (wonder why).
I think because it would be impossible to know exactly. Your not able to guess his mind so you cannot assume his reason. If he had mentioned his mother and his finances while doing this. You might be able to assume that's the reason. If he was saying bad and hateful things only about her and nothing else. I think that might be Ab. He did neither so we can not guess.
I think we should all help JD and share Jennifer's letter with others so more people can know about this!

This is how it was, Tremaine explained: If footages doesn’t come from the original copyright holder, it takes longer time (sometimes several days) to verify the copyright question before TMZ can publish a story. - Camille asked: "How much time passed from when you received the kitchen cabinet video before it was posted?" - Tremaine replied: "About 15 minutes." - The conclusion is that the copyright holder (who could only be AH) must have uploaded the video to dropbox.

It's a funny one reference the Oz audio, Amber's side tried to play some of it (likely a tiny snippet that would back up part of her claim) during the trial and JD's side objected on hearsay grounds - essentially saying Jerry Judge's voice was on there. However had they not objected that potentially would have opened the door to the full audio coming in, so difficult to say if that was the right call or not to object.
I think what the audio shows is the mood at the time and as Peter & That Brian Fella points out it's what's not discussed (Amber's injuries or lack there of).
It may not be good enough for the court room but for the court of public opinion it's pretty slam dunk that JD was the victim in that incident and she walked away with no injuries, saying she still loves him, that she's sorry, that she feels so stupid for shipping all her stuff out there. Then we have everyone around her just trying to "manage" her and make sure she doesn't kick off on the flight home, it's all very telling.

I actually respect the fact that they are taking their time. It’s giving a fair chance and they aren’t reacting on emotion as so many of us are. I’m still #teamjohnny but I think he already won with what he has brought to the surface regardless of the outcome. Justice has been served. He got us talking.
Inside the deliberation room there is no place for emotions, they will answer a questionnaire and from that they will have a verdict. The courts don’t full around with this kind of issues, not even on a criminal case. This is the reason Casey Anthony got away with murder, they didn’t proved she was guilty beyond reasonable doubt. I truly believe JD will win though.

The wording means a lot, and the jurors are already asking questions about it.
If Johnny pushed her because she started hitting him, that should be considered self defense. It shouldn't apply to women only.

Johnny’s first love is music. That is the whole reason he went to LA in the first place. But he needed money to live on and his friend Nicholas Cage talked him into trying. He is so creative. He’s always had the looks for Hollywood so that helped. But, his passionate intense creativity is what made him a mega Movie Star. Now that he has the ability to get out there and be in a band, he singing is fire and he writes many of those songs. After being lock into a 6 week trial with her abuser in the same room I’m glad that he went out their and is now able to follow his first love of music. After being restricted from studios, AH, accountant and lawyers that had stolen so much money from him back around 2015-2016 plus the prison of his childhood abuse on top the way agents and studios ect… The man is now free🎉. He’s doing what he should be doing JD is following his first love playing in rock bands angling and hanging around his friends.For many people like Johnny Depp music and drawing and painting is therapeutic especially for people who has been through trauma. Im the safe way. #justiceforjohnnydepp #love and peaceforJohnny Depp. I’m happy for him. May he live a long joyous live with many good things in his future.

There are lots of cases where a criminal in prison admits a crime to their cellmate, the cellmate then informs the authorities, and this evidence is used in the case against the criminal who confessed to their cellmate. In these cases it is admissible and never called hearsay evidence - the cellmate saying what the criminal had told them, so it is odd this judge excluded Whitney's confessions to Beverley and others as just hearsay.
Editing the Australian tape by editing out the voice of the dead person would have made sense, as the dead person couldn't have given evidence, but all other attendees on that tape are alive, and could have explained it, so the judge deciding to exclude it all seems unreasonable exclusion of key evidence that would have strongly affected the jury decision, as Heard is admitting to hurting Depp, whereas she lied in court that she never did.
Heard concealed her phone message evidence, the judge has done nothing to sanction on that, and that missing evidence is essential for a balanced trial - Depp provided his. and lots of it was used against him. heard knew very well her messages would be equally incriminating on her, so she hid that evidence.
The missing metadata was equally crucial to have for a balanced decision, and again, the judge not insisting on that is an unfathomable omission, which has always led me to have doubts on the integrity of the judge.

I don't think it was needed, she stated this in her words in testimony and they heard it. But it was obvious when she had to give evidence of DV & SA. So, I think they know this regardless and don't need to argue in deliberation about it
