I'm a woman in my 50s, AF veteran, combat medic, nurse, EMT, worked in Level 1 trauma centers & ERs, & a patient myself- I've had several injuries and 7 surgeries. It's not natural to focus on anything or anyone else when you've just been injured. (Like in JD's testimony about finger, after it's cut off his focus is on HIM, what he sees & feels concerning his finger, as if Amber wasn't there, THAT'S NORMAL.
And, I've NEVER heard of or seen an injured person focus on anything but themselves immediately after they're hurt, yet she repeatedly says that she tells JD that he hurt her, & says she's trying to make a supposed "delusional" person not only realize, but remember what they've done, since they're prone to forgetting.
Yes, as a narcissist she has a need to control everyone & everything happening around her, but what she describes is NOT how humans behave - ever.

The main thing that baffles me about this whole trial, is why a dog with incontinence problems was allowed to continue sleeping on the bed 🤢

    • @missanella
      @missanella Рік тому +9

So.. these doggies are really really small and if left on the bed (high bed) they can not jump down by them selfs. And I really don't believe dogies were pooping all the time. It probably happened but not as what she is saying!
I have two Yorkies they are small and they can not jump down unless you have little stairs for them to use.

Because she is nasty and gross and to lazy to walk her own dog she even says it in last section we left the dog on the bed bc we didn’t want to go all the way down to walk them yet. I don’t believe that was dog poop for a second though it was literally the size of the dog!

My theory why her lawyer stopped the depo at the end of this video is not because "she was emotional and needed a break" but because he could hear the inconsistencies in her story or testimony, and knew that Blair was about to pounce and ask Amber how she could text Rocky to come and help if she didn't know where her phone was (the phone that had "ricocheted off her face and fell somewhere on the floor").

He offered to let her stay in one of his penthouses even after she was making false allegations and was apparently obsessed with Elon Musk because he was jealous he was with Amber. Again, after everything. He's dysfunctional as well and enabled her to be extra crazy from being such a sprung, doormat. If she wasn't a young, hot blonde I doubt that would've been the case which is also lame. All said I feel bad like most he went through what he did.

The contrast between the two will impeach her. The whole world can see it now. They can see that she's obviously acting out (badly) a script that she's memorized for the trial. Her true self is revealed in Camille's cross examination of her during the rebuttal phase of the trial. As Johnny so perfectly described her - she can't EVER be wrong. Everyone is lying but her.

I remember when I was an undergrad at Villanova, my pre-law prof gave us an assignment to take two sides of a case and write arguments for both. I found it difficult to argue against something I believed in. That's when I realized that being a lawyer wasn't in the stars for me. Not a judgement against attorneys, but, rather an admiration for the hard work and due diligence, a barrister has to go through, while dealing with the human psychasthenia, that most often, isn't in sync with the human truth. This case is not only indicative of truth vs. lie, it is an excellent case study of the human aspect of the law. Thank you sir, for explaining it in a way that we can understand how it all works.

I find it interesting that I saw so many people ragging on JD for calling iO Tillet Wright "her" when he was on the stand in 2022, but in this 2016 depo Amber refers to iO has "her" as well. That would mean that iO didn't change his pronouns until after this point. According to both iO and Johnny's testimonies, they do not speak. Clearly, JD does not know iO has "he" and that would explain him misgendering iO during his testimony. I know from my life experience, it is very difficult to call someone one pronoun and name since childhood, meet them again later in life after they have transitioned, still see them with the same face, and then train your brain to use new pronouns and a new name. I don't mean to sound insincere, but it can get very confusing trying to reconfigure everything. Just my 2 cents.

Multiple news stories were put out by Lily with her dad's PR team to claw back being outted as "Sexually Queer" and "Gender Queer" by iO.
Furthermore, Brian shows iO was in LA on the day of AH's birthday, so could have done the poop.

AH was court ordered to attend this deposition after appearing in court for a DVRO! The Judge ordered her to sit for the deposition before ruling on the DVRO. AH balked and had a hissy fit, so this is the rescheduled deposition. The next day, her attorneys rescinded the Motion for the DVRO! Apparently, her attorneys realized AH wasn't furthering her/their position about DV!
I don't know why I continue to watch Brian and Jax live stream AH's deposition and then come over and watch your reaction video/life stream-lol!
As a real DV/SA survivor, AH is so not credible, she's painful to observe. Where is the police report of DV and follow up as a criminal vs civil matter? I watched the entire trial, lots of videos from various content creators, so I get why the criminal route wasn't available... It's a crime to file false allegations in a police report! AH was lying which precluded involving the police!

Where she mentions that her friends were scared something might happen to her. The male friend that gave evidence at the trial said that too, but he said it in a way that made me think there was something more behind what he said. It was as if they he was scared for her, because she would take things too far. Like JD would be drunk and/or high and she would take it too far, and maybe push johnny into doing something. And that’s what they were scared of. For me, I’ve had situations where I have thought exactly that. As person who will push and push until they get the reaction they want. Everyone has their limits.

A big problem with AH is her body language is so frequently that of the person doing the abuse actions, not as illustrative, but as like at the end where she's swinging her hand back and forth as if she's holding someone by the hair.
........... Secondly, we know from other allegations, of multiple incidents of abuse she has perpetrated against at least 3 romantic partners (Johnny's texts say she was arrested twice, not just with Tasha).
........... Thirdly, we also know abusers often project their own abusive action onto their targets when they feign victimhood: so I'm wondering if she used to grab JD by the hair. Articles exist saying she grabs others by the hair.... And JD disappeared from public and cancelled press interviews in the weeks/months after incidents his security photographed/stated he was injured. Could this have involved his hair being pulled as well as his facial bruises, facial swellings and bodily bruises?
He flinched/shook/turtled around AH in public for years, the same way Rihanna flinched/turtled around her abuser after returning to him after being hit by him.
I feel awful that so many of us only notice that now, after the fact, he needed support all the way from 2012 - 2022. I feel bad as an abuse therapist I missed all this happening to him.

Great video! Very informative, and honestly, shows how much a deposition can shape a solid case - if the right questions are posed in the right way, it can later be used in the trial to either impeach the witness, or show other inconsistencies. Also, "Blair" held her cool and professionalism throughout, and AH's lawyer made them both look bad with his attitude, and there were MANY instances where his bad attitude emboldened her to be snarky herself (directly after he did). Let's also not forget, this would have been right after escaping serious DV, this would be hard for her to get through, just from reliving all of those bad experiences, and make her share something horrible, embarrassing and painful in a room full of icy lawyers. That would make anyone vulnerable, nervous, embarrassed and traumatized. She is sardonic, sarcastic, relaxed, amused (at points) and generally difficult). A VERY odd display considering what she alleged.

What’s sick is the first topic of conversation she says she and JD had was about his mothers passing, she saw his vulnerability and took advantage of that. Time he needed support the most but instead she jumped all over it and added to his grief by making false accusations.. she has no empathy at all.. That is not how you treat someone you are supposed to love!
The topic changed to the feces and clearly just from watching this depo and the Virginia trial she can’t contain herself from smiling and cackling. Was she acting this way during the time of him asking her about this? Does he need her mocking him at this time and ringing her friend iO for them both to belittle him.
gaslighting and invalidating his feelings on a subject that might seem significant to him.
If you could see he was becoming irrational then steer the conversation away from it or tell him it isn’t the right time for this talk due to timing of recent events and just emotionally be there for him as that’s what a normal loving spouse would do! not cause intentional friction to manipulate him whilst he’s weak.
The smirking supports the “harmless prank” theory because she still finds humour in it.
