She hired the lawyers that loved money more than ruining other people's lives. So if you're asking why her lawyers are scumbags is because they're the only ones that would take the case.

Remember, she also dragged people in the fight who needn't had been. Poor, Paul Bettany. Dude never lived with Johnny like Amber's friends. Most of Johnny's friends didn't live with him, nor feed off of him. That was all Amber's cohorts onto Johnny, and never vice-versa. For obvious reasons, but still...
Then Johnny never dragged her daughter into this either, and Camille even asked about Amber's motherhood, as to hint it was definitely a route they could've taken, but choose not to. However, we know about Lily and Jack because of you know who.
That was the sickest part of this trial. Like Johnny said, the world already knew THEY were toxic to each, but she threw toxicity on THEIR ENTIRE INNER & OUTER CIRCLE.

Amber's assistant said she would abuse her amphetamine pills as well as another one that was for her skin (plus street drugs). She would take three to five times the dose of each and was obsessed with it. Then would drink and verbally abuse the assistant at all hours of the night. Amber is a crazy drug addled talentless woman.

None of that stuff. She behaves like a poisonous viper her clandestine recordings. Her much lauded "therapist notes" were excluded on the sound legal basis that they would only reflect hearsay... Whatever outrageous info, false or otherwise, she 'dumped' on her therapist in their frequent sessions... is worth much less than the 'grumpy' JD described, which she carefully deposited on his side of their bed!

I mean think about it put yourself in her shoes no matter what you say even if it is the truth or a lie johnny's lawyers are trying to make you look bad. I mean so of those questions are ridiculos its almost like asking have you pooped in the last 24 hours and if you answer yes, then his lawyers would say you are full of s***t no matter what. The only thing that's different is that she cannot withdrawal from the conversation, she can't just get up and leave the room (Which she would absolutely do if she could) narcissists never put themselves in these positions. They literally have no capability to be accountable in any way, so they usually avoid, stall, manipulate, gaslight, guilt trip and lie their way out of it

Ok so I don’t know if I’ll word this right but I have to try. I believe there are some male attorneys who like to (and aim to) do more than just be dick lawyers, but rather like to (and aim to) use the opportunity to be demeaning, disrespectful, condescending, and all around A-holes to women. There is no legitimate reason to be an A-hole to any attorney, but when you appear to be a man that enjoys demeaning women who aren’t on “your team”, I have an issue with that. I think plenty of lawyers, male AND female, are crap, just like in any profession. However, if you’re incapable of showing respect to fellow attorneys, even if they are opposing counsel, then you’re an embarrassment to your profession. Camille was forceful and confident without being a nasty demeaning lawyer. But this guy on team Heard is far more disrespectful and undermining than he has to be. He’s gone beyond “difficult” and become a total A. That’s just my personal read, I just don’t appreciate this type of tone and demeaning quality.
