Hi Joanna, I discovered your channel 2 weeks back and I just love your videos. I'm 30yrs old and weigh 70kgs. I've always hated working out, still trying to love it. I've tried losing weight many times but my lack of motivation and self doubt never allowed me to give myself another shot. My first week was your 10k step routine. It was hard !😭 But it helped me build stamina. My second week I've been doing your core and cardio workout. Still cannot do the kneel squats but I'm modifying to what works for me. Today is my 14th day only and something amazing happened. No, I did not lose weight or inches for those wondering. Today I was able to do 3x15 reps of mountain climbers without stopping or feeling tired. Only thing stopping me were my sweaty feet on my slippery yoga mat. 2 weeks of your workout have helped me build strength in my shoulders and arms that I never had before. I could barely do 5 mountain climbers with my big belly (super slow) and today I was able to just keep going at a good pace. This is just the beginning of my journey but literally had a breakdown. I never knew my body could do something like this. I just cannot believe day 14 and I feel like I'm finally accomplishing something. Thanks a lot Joanna , you are my saviour. I'm gonna try being consistent this time around. Just know you are helping so many people like me who felt worthless. Love you and thank you ❤️
I found these workouts a few years ago when I developed a terrible case of plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I could only work out barefoot for a good 6 months (no running, no zumba - even swimming aggravated my foot!) so I started these workouts in my basement in bare feet! It's been almost three years and I still love these workouts even though my foot is healed! Thank you so much for getting me through a really tough time! I've always exercised and it was so hard to feel like my body was giving out on me. You are awesome Johanna!
Today marked my 18th day of doing your workouts! I remember I did multiple attempts to build a routine to have a healthy lifestyle but failed. I'm turning 22 next month and my goal is to lose weight. I also tried following multiple workout accts on this platform but only yours are effective, at least for me. I'm always drenched in sweat and I can feel changes in my body and mental health. So far I lost 4kg doing your workouts and also fasting. Still have 8 more kilos to lose! I've never been this proud of myself. Following you since I'm 16 yrs old and can barely last 5 mins then, but I can now finish all the routines that I planned in my journal.

I started my workoit journey with this workout... . At that time i was just able to do up to the first circuit a month later I progressed up to the second circuit . Then I was not able to do more than that so I had tried some other from joanas playlists and was able to do cardio hit workouts; kickboxong workouts ; abs workouts; each for one week . after a month i am back on this video and surprisingly I had completed it.
This one sneaks up on you! I was fine for the first set of each one, tired by the second. By the end, my HR was really up there! I am on day 33 of Joanna's workouts!
Hello Joanna I'm Preeti from India, 46 years young 😉. I have started this one from just now. I do couple of other exercises also and am doing them from last more than two years now(started in corona), i was 85 kg and now 64 kg but after having my twins 14 yrs back my mid section is not going despite so many exercises (of variety). I love this workout, been juggling with every Cardio and Core workout of Joanna's and this one's very engaging and challenging. Didn't make the full circuit for initial 3 days straight but if you really do it dutifully, you'll actually make it!
Yes! This is exactly what I need! I've had the same workout regimen for the past few weeks and I've been starting to feel like it's losing it's effect (physically and mentally). Plus it didn't help flatten my belly AT ALL. I'm definitely going to take up this challenge and maybe even start today!

Recently, I've been informed by the doctor that my heart abnormality beat which threatened me a lot. I decided to start my workout and since I am working at home, home workout will be the best for me to do so. Thanks so much for this whole body workout which I started to do since March 16, from then, I am almost 58klos which is not the ideal weight of an 4"9 height. After a month of doing this plus fasting, I am now 49klos 🥺. Soon to be my ideal goal weight of 40klos. Thanks God for you Ms Joanna ❤️ ❤️❤️

I underestimated the kneel squat. In my head it looked so easy but when I tried all I ended up doing was just kneeling 😩 😂. But I finished the whole work out and will keep doing it.
I have done whole workout with you except burpees and jumping jacks. Though I did these two excercises in my way, without jumping I am sweating, my t shirt is drenched in sweat. Thanks for your wonderful workout.
Hi joanna thank you for this workout video. I had gone through lots of different videos but this one is best ever.initially it was too hard to complete but gradually i started to love this circuits specially the 3rd one! Not lossing much but yes tonning by body parts stop bloated tummyas well! every morning feeling so fresh and proud after workout.i use to do this on alternate days 3 or 4 days a week.
Alright, I'm gonna do this starting from today and keep you updated every week. EDIT: Sorry ya'all. I was very excited to do this at the beginning. However, as a beginner in working out, this was a bit too challenging for me to keep up. The workout looks amazing but not for me.

I started doing a number of your routines (abs, arms, low impact HIIT, upper body, strength) late last year - they are great, and definitely challenging! My weak spots are lunges and burpees (among others :-)) but I'm doing routines that up to six months ago I wouldn't have done. Your energy is positively contagious! Thank you!

I started my day with lemin water or nowdays i am using apple cider vinegar,12glass of warm water, oats in mornibg or 2egg , lentils soup,kidney bean,chickpea salad for lunch but i did'nt eat dinner and for snacks i eat nuts, fruits ,green tea 3 time in a day and 40min morning and evening exercise daily ,no cheat meal no sugar no oil ,and a liitle bit of pink salt i used....thats it and a loys of hard work needed
Drenched completely with sweat. As you said we are not in completion with anybody. Did it for the first time. I was not able to do all the exercises properly but I think I will progress with the time. Thanks @joannasoh 💖
