About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. I recommend doing this at least 2x a week. Have you done my 100 rep ab challenge? And also my other ab workouts on here are also killer!

Glad you're enjoying this one! This is a great class to incorporate into your routine 3x a week for best results. Each time you revisit will notice it will begin to feel differently as your body becomes stronger. Keep it up and let me know how it goes!
