  • This 20 minute barre workout targets your core, lateral and straight abs! A strong core is so important for my barre workouts because it gives you the stability you need!
    My ballet inspired dancer workouts are perfect when you want to get those long and lean dancer muscles and are looking for a beginner friendly, no jumping at home workout.
    Since my past lies in dancing, music has always played a big role in my life. For this reason, in my videos every movement is synchronized exactly to the beat of the music. In this way I want to show you the joy of movement and motivate you to go to your limits. What are you waiting for?

    Hello, I see that all the workouts of 45 minutes of longer have dissapeard. Will they come back?
