Welcome to Day 11 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being ACTIVATE. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like low lunge, baby cobra, ragdoll and seated cat/cow.
The "Flexible Body, Flexible Mind" 30 day morning yoga challenge is designed to help you stretch on and off the mat. This is a free yoga challenge suitable for all levels with no props required. Good morning. I didn't wobble in the lunges today. A first for this last year or so.😊
It's April in Lancaster, PA and it has been in the 70s and 80s. So the snow in Canada is blowing my mind. It makes me wonder when this was filmed.

this one felt really good, ty :)) at first I had to overcome myself a little, because my muscles felt kinda sore, but in the end I felt (feel) great.
This is exactly what I needed, after spending 2 days in bed because of a serious flu. Felt so good afterwards, and really activated my body, felt the energy again.

Thank you Kassandra for keeping me on the mat! I hurt my back at the gym yesterday and this helps me feel like it’s healing much faster, helps me almost forget about the injury after I barely feel it. I injured it in a very similar way a few months ago and that’s what got me into your videos, especially with how rapidly I recovered after incorporating them. Of course I am being very mindful of my limits and how to move in a safe way right now. But it literally feels like magic compared to how I was feeling yesterday and only on day 2!!

Ugh! I immediately thought “I can’t do that!” Thank you for the scream-in-your-car suggestion. I was so nervous. Then I saw red. Then I was exhausted.
But I have a four year old daughter who loves to scream and I’m always shushing her. I think I’ll just help her find a more productive place for her screams (instead of the dinner table)
