Welcome to Day 25 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being CONNECT. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like thread the needle, humble warrior, and low lunge quad stretch.
The "Flexible Body, Flexible Mind" 30 day morning yoga challenge is designed to help you stretch on and off the mat. This is a free yoga challenge suitable for all levels with no props required. I admit I got distracted by Luna and the cat walking leisurely through the room. It’s so soothing to see them while practicing yoga. Thanks Kassandra for taking us this far! ❤
My dog sees the mat and thinks, “play time!” Then she bugs me for the rest of the session. I call it interactive yoga with a not-so-downward dog. It’s fun. 😆 Thanks for all that you do. ❤

This was probably my favorite flow we have done. I really enjoyed today's movement.
This was a wonderful sequence, thank you. And I love the fact that your animals are with you ... mine are too. Generally I appreciate you practicing with us from your own home instead of from some 'exotic location' around the world. It's much more grounded and real😊

Love the intensity of these classes. They are simple but so effective. I actually did the flexible mind challenge without knowing it this morning. I introduced myself to the owner or our local hardware store, she's a new owner, and we talked about our tiny, little town and how much we love it. Thank you Kassandra for all the care and thought and love that you have put into this challenge. I feel liberated!

First time doing yoga again in forever and OMG I can already feel my body open uuuup 😭 such a huge improvement after only 10 mins?! Kassandra has always been my ultimate fave, thank you for these quick but wonderful and effective sessions ❤️

Loving this challenge - thank you Kassandra - however, I couldn’t do this quad stretch pose because as soon as I lifted/bent my leg I got cramp in my upper hamstring!? I’ve noticed this before with this pose - how do I prevent this?
I've just popped in, the first one of done with you for ages Kassandra. Having had a recent split with my partner of 4 years...I'm feeling pretty raw and tender. 10 mins was perfect, tiny, tiny bites and your animals too...just so lovely 🙏🏽💚

I do this ALL of the time. At the grocery, book store, in parking lots, etc. And I’ve noticed that people are very pleasing and talkative.
When this happens it’s as if the Universe is saying “yeah, there are a lot of nasty, angry things going on right now, BUT here is a sign that all is not lost.”
