Welcome to Day 7 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being BELIEVE. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like half sun salutations, warrior 1 and pigeon pose.
The "Flexible Body, Flexible Mind" 30 day morning yoga challenge is designed to help you stretch on and off the mat. This is a free yoga challenge suitable for all levels with no props required. Today is Good Friday so I got up early and cooked our traditional meal and went to church and thank Jesus for allowing us to be forgiven so I love the theme 'Believe'' especially for today. Thanks .

I Just discovered your channel a few days ago and I am enjoying your teaching immensely. Today while doing this challenge (I'm finally caught up to the correct day 😏), I stood for the next move and looked down to find a large spider sitting next to my mat. 🤤 I paused the video and carefully put a glass over it to take it outside, but needless to say, it took a little time to relax back into the routine. Here's to no more arachnoid visitors at my sessions!

One Week already!? its been quite rejuvenating already Kassandra! I really enjoy the morning practice followed by the little challenges! There is an intention and something fun to focus on throughout the day...it really is a morning till night practice keeping our minds clear and focused all day...and I cant wait to go through the next challenges for April...I know I am not the only one who wants to see more of these in the future!

I did the flexible body portion of the challenge outside today, my first time doing yoga outside and it was a perfect spring day with my dog laying next to me the entire time. I watched the flexible mind video first and thought about how much will be on my vision board because I’m currently in a transitory period but doing this practice outside reminded me of how much there is to be grateful for. Thanks for such a wonderful challenge 💕

Do you plan to have 30 day yoga series with 15min (and then 20min) sessions? I want to increase my yoga time and 30 day challenges are great to keep on track❤

Switching from cobra pose to downward facing dog somehow created a discomfort in my right shoulder so I stopped halfway.
Please create a video as well to relieve pain from yoga. 💕

This has been amazing so far ❤ I ended up doing the first day "new 10min excersice" after this video for 5 days this week and others streching after the video. I like challenges, because it makes you actually commit to doing even little everyday and gets you more active in your everyday life too. And coming to these videos you now their gonna be gentle and easy you start to do them more easily 🥰 and end up doing more after. Thank you so much for these videos! ❤

I had a hard time getting through this morning's workout. I decided to redo it and get through it until the end. Thank you for the 30-day challenge! Living with various autoimmune diseases, it can be painful for me to move my body first thing in the morning. The 10-minute practices are by far my favorite. One day soon, I will begin to create my own. Lol

Thank you for all of the wonderful practices you’ve been putting out (for years now)! I love the longer form classes for my hips and back, but these short ones are so great cause they leave so little room for excuses on why I won’t do one on any given day. I’ve been struggling with some new anxiety symptoms over the last couple weeks and it’s been really scary - these classes ground and remind me that maybe little by little, I’ll start to feel better. I think it’s going to be a while cause I don’t know what’s going on with my body, but the calm that come with these classes gives me hope❤
