HYE Heather, I too wanted to echo what many people here have already said. I discovered your channel in September 2020 and it shook me out of my plateau. I was exercising 6 days a week for an hour running on the treadmill and with some HIIT and weightlifting. Needless to say, I have followed some other trainers online, but the first time I did one of your videos I could see what I had been missing. Your form is impeccable and the way in which you put together workouts bumped me out of that plateau. I began with your 12 week plan and was incredulous that such short workouts would change my body - but they did! I'm so happy to follow your monthly calendars now. They keep me on track and I don't feel guilty if I only do a 25 minute workout because your workouts work! I'd also like to say that your videos are so professional and yet, authentic. Thank you. I'm so grateful for your videos especially this year.

I will have new programs coming out in 2021! In the meantime many people love to do a second round of the 12 week program! You can always make any workout more challenging by increasing your weights, amping up your intensity, taking shorter breaks or adding workout 'finishers' like Abs or tabata to each session!

You are a true blessing! I started doing this program 4 weeks ago, I had to redo a week because I went to the Taylor Swift concert and I was only able to get 2 workouts in during that trip. I love love love what you do as I can’t jump quite yet because I am 7 months out of reconstructive knee surgery so this workout is perfect for me. Even if I could jump, this workout is perfect for me. I am 45 years old, and I don’t need to try and kill my body anymore. Thanks for these videos. Keep them coming please. Also FYI, if you charged for a subscription, I would totally pay!!

I just want to say THANK YOU for this channel!! It's been SO difficult for me to find a YT channel that holds my interest... either the content and format is not challenging or consistent enough for me, or it is challenging enough but the video / audio itself is just maddeningly bland... It's totally refreshing to find a YT instructor who so flawlessly combines SUBSTANCE & STYLE. I can't even convey the struggle it's been for me to find that combo!! I workout so much from home and spend so much time devising my own workouts or trying to find someone else's that fit my needs, and when I'm able to just shut my mind off and follow someone else's lead without being absolutely BORED TO DEATH either by the workout or the visual or sound, well it's just an absolute blessing. Outta shape from doing nothing for 2 years and Low Impact 6 weeks is kicking my butt, but in the best possible way. I'm able to go at my pace with the amount of weight that's right for me and not over do it (injure myself). Thanks Heather!

I discovered your videos by accident and I am so glad I did! I’ve suffered multiple running injuries over the years, and the last one (a knee injury) has kept me from running for over two years now. But I can honestly say that I am stronger now than I have been since before I had kids (9 years ago). I’ve been doing your low impact HIIT videos for a few months now, and I love them so much that I added another strength training day to my weekly workout schedule. Thank you for what you are doing! Hi all! I am fairly new to this channel but I love it already. Of course there is a deep ocean out there of workout videos these days - some very good some not so much. I have tried many. What attracts me in Heather's strategy is the variety and certain calm. Yes sure it is very intense but the music is great, when ( and IF) Heather comments it is all very concise and cleverly weaved into the stream of sequences, and I find that I can just get into my exercise 'quiet' zone and relax in sweaty exercisy way. So I am cancelling my regular gym membership. Thank you Heather!

I LOVED this workout! I mixed it up and used almost every dumbbell I have. I used my 5lb ones for the shadow boxing and went all the way up to my 35lb kettle bell for the sumo squats. I also love that you showed the struggle as well, and that your human just like the rest of us! I modified the close grip push ups too on the second round. Low impact definitely does not mean easy! Thank you so much!!! 👊💪

Twice a week I go to the gym for semi-private training. I do your workouts also, on MWF and sometimes the same day as the gym, depending on the focus for the day there. I can feel the difference at the gym from what I'm also doing at home. This workout of yours is so far one of my favorites, especially for the arms and core.
This workout was amazing! I was able to use the 25 lbs dumbbell for the curtsy lunge and side kick!! So happy! Thanks again Heather for another amazing workout 🏋🏼♂️!!

Week 2 day 5- lets go loving this 6 week low impact challenge 🥰
LOVED this one. I alternated between 10, 15, and 20. One of my favorite short strength workout got my HR up! Active cal around 240.

I started training with Heather Robertson 1 year ago - New Years Day 2020 - I did the 12 week plan and followed the monthly calendars since. I just purchased the Food Plan and look forward to starting my 2021 year training - A big thank you for the superb training schedules you provide. I started working out five months ago and I hated it. Then I found this channel and I'm starting looking forward to working out! Heather is a great trainer, even though some workouts are tough. I don't know if it is tears or sweat dropping down my face 😁

An Amazing workout for the last day of 2020! This was hard, I'm definitely gonna feel this tomorrow. Twice a week I go to the gym for semi-private training. I do your workouts also, on MWF and sometimes the same day as the gym, depending on the focus for the day there. I can feel the difference at the gym from what I'm also doing at home. This workout of yours is so far one of my favorites, especially for the arms and core.
This workout was amazing! I was able to use the 25 lbs dumbbell for the curtsy lunge and side kick!! So happy! Thanks again Heather for another amazing workout 🏋🏼♂️!!
