Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
Circuit 1 (40s work + 20s rest x3 rounds)

I’m a little late because I have been drowning in schoolwork, but I wanted to thank you Heather. I discovered you at the beginning of quarantine through a gym assignment. The workout I chose was way too hard for me and I hated it lol, but I felt accomplished. I was bored a few days and decided to look at your channel for something else. You have taught me to value my strength and have helped me gain confidence. Your workouts have become an emotional outlet for me, I lost my grandfather in December and broke my foot at the end of January and it’s been hard, but your workouts were always there. I appreciate all you do! I started at 14 and now I’m turning 16 in July! I can not tell you much happy I am to have found a community and someone who makes me feel so good without meeting them. Thank you Heather!😁

@@saratomala7947 yes definitely! I've lost 6kg which was the last bit of weight I wanted to shift. Since then I've toned up and working on gaining muscle! I've also noticed my endurance has increased which is a bonus!

Heather, thank you so much for this and all of your wonderful workouts. 4.5 years ago I stopped working out at the direction of my neurologist because exercise triggered migraines. Around a year ago I discovered a few tricks for avoiding migraines, including taking breaks and avoiding high impact. While I found your channel looking for low impact HIIT, I can do all of your workouts by implementing the modifications you showed in the tutorial. I have lost over 70 lbs., and at age 51, feel stronger than ever.

I love the strength training with combo moves because I can keep my HR in a great zone that's not too high where it would be considered HIIT.
