I agree with so many others on this comment thread. Great warm-up. Exercises that include legs, chest, back, arms, core and cardio. Finishing with a perfect cool-down stretch. Heather is the GOAT.
Your workouts have the best mix of consistency, variety, strength, and cardio. I’m a lifelong athlete and have been following you for a couple years since I graduated college and needed to find a easy-to-maintain routine that fit my very busy work schedule that I could do from anywhere with weights, had minimal talking so I could concentrate and also kicked my butt! It’s easy to sign up for a new gym or class with short term results but it’s VERY hard to stick with it for years which is necessary to really get long lasting results. Two years ago I got into the best shape of my life with your workouts and it’s been hassle/stress free so I’ve been able to stay in form for 2 years! I love how many workouts I can choose from here which I mix with my long distance running. I’ve never been injured from any of your workouts which is huge for me because I often got injured from insanity/p90x workouts or found the “safer” workouts too easy/boring. I no longer get knee joint pains when running because my legs and core are so much stronger! Thank you! I recommend you to everyone of all levels and experience!
You now… I miss them when I don’t get to do the workouts… break and new things in life happened… but when I get back to it… it hurts but it is so worth it. Thanks!!

This week has definitely been hard core. I'm sore all over. Missed yesterday workout since I felt tired and made it up today. Made it theough with no modification yet was checking the time often🙃 Tomorrow is a total rest day. Thank you Heather 😊
I just finished it and I'm so proud of myself for pushing through! I did make some modifications to the plank and weight movements since the weights really hurt the bones in my hand when I put my weight on it, so instead, I just did a full plank, but thank you so much Heather for these amazing workouts!!

THANK YOU HEATHER! This was the perfect workout on a day when I have less time than usual! Quick with a mix of strength and a cardio blast in the second set! LOVE IT!
Like the workouts, length, intensity and variety of movements. The one request I would have is on warm up and cool down is some verbal cues when switching to the next movement especially when laying down. I feel like I have to watch the screen for 10-15 secs to see where you are ending up and what the full movement will be and then get into position which significantly reduces the time available to perform the movement. A side note to this is maybe a focal point at the beginning of each exercise during the workout. Example - This move we are trying to getting the knee close to the floor each rep, this movement we are focusing on the glutes, retracting the scapula, etc.
More of these please heather! 😁 perhaps do some w/tabata? here I am 2 yrs later and doing the same workout lol. Following the Oct 2024 workout....my legs are completely dead. this wks workouts were 🥵🥵. only relief was yesterdays lol

So goooooooood. Once I finished, I decided to do it again. Total 65 min. 🔥❤️🔥🔥❤️🔥. The feeling of completion at the end is absolutely worth it. So sweaty. At one point my dumbell slip away during Plank ankle reach.😂😂. Above all. Thank you Heather 💗💗……..btw Heather, can you do 1 workout/circuit for lower abdomen only aka to burn lower belly fats away please. 🤣🤣.
