This was the perfect workout for me. At 58 and with burnt out adrenals, I try to maintain the balance betrween working out regularly, but not overtaxing my adrenals with too much HIIT. So i've gone to strength every few days and walking/pilates in between. This workout still felt challenging with the heavier dumbells, but I do better with shorter duration. THANK YOU - i'm forever searching for 35 minutes or less, yet still challenging stength classes. I'd love to see more!
I’m in the same boat. I tend to do daily walking and periodic walking workouts (Growwithjo on UA-cam) for my cardio. I usually like straight strength for the strength days. However, I know some people appreciate her cardio segments because sometimes it’s the only way they can get cardio in.
I love these kinds of workouts. I love that you only repeat twice and it's just enough variety to keep me interested the whole time. Keep it up! The 30 minutes also feels so manageable and it's so easy to turn on. Your music always gets me in the mood too.

I searched Heather Robertson Dumbbell work-out. I selected this out of several that popped up. A perfect 30-min with soothing music and two sets of exercises putting my dumbbells to utility. I did it and when the weather outside is saying stay inside this is the perfect gift. Thank you Heather.

Loved it as always😍..... I would love to have a program without dumbbells, but with some band exercise, for a long vacation, 4 weeks???? 🙏 Also love the Metcon workouts, please more of those. It would be also perfect to have a program for women in our 40´s.... our metabolism it's different and we don't burn fat as we used to. I'm 43 and I did the last 12 week program and I will be waiting for all your new material. 🤩 Thank you!!!!
