- Tap in with us for one of our FAVORITE Dumbbell HIIT workouts that we've ever put together. This workout is fun and high energy with low impact modifications so that everyone can join in! All you need is a light weight pair of dumbbells for this session (we used a 5lb/10lb pair). For the workout format, we've combined our traditional 45-15 timer for the first 2 sets and then we'll finish with a bodyweight EMOM challenge. This is the kind of cardio I love! This was great.. My heart rate was in the 150-170 bpm range the entire time and I wasn’t bored or dreading every second of it.
Overhead press + woodshop was my favorite. Your short videos are great when we are crunched on time ,Thank You!

Totally Jammin 💪, perfect length video !! I turned 60 yrs young this winter and those hour long videos just seem to long now a days because it isn't the only thing I do. I also enjoy getting my 10,000 steps in daily and working on my ads, butt and so on 🤷♀️💪😅

I tried this yesterday. It's actually tougher than I thought! Even with lighter weights, what makes this hard was how fast they were going with each rep with decreased rest time. My shoulders were giving out after halfway!

Loved this workout. I did it as day 5 for SRC. It was low key but definitely efficient. My favorite exercises were the punching ones, the cross over knee crunch and both rows exercises. I already subscribed to the podcast but I’ll head over there to post a topic. Thanks for all you both do!

Shut the front door!! Why was I giving myself longer rest periods & Toya wasn’t hmmm 🤔 lol. Just goes to show that pregnant or not these bodies can take us so far if we just continue to work at it without fail. Just got home from work thinking what workout will I do today & this was the first thing that popped up when I opened UA-cam. No need to wonder anymore now time to knock this out, I’ll most likely go heavier with weights but I’m sure this is gonna be another great workout.

Hi and congrats on your baby. i dont know if anyone will see this comment but i wanted to request a hips friendly weight trainning video. i have a hip surgery coming up soon and can't follow along with every squat or lunge so i have to take a lot of breaks. but i really love your channel and would like to follow along the whole way with you without needing to take breaks and pause the video because of this.
i love your channel. i loved the video. im a beginner at using weights so this light weight exercise before work has helped, as well as to get upper body strength because soon i will need it while my lower body is healing.

Great workout! There were several exercises that were my favorites but, to keep it short, I enjoyed the overhead press + woodchop. This exercise really worked my core. I also liked the burpees because I had to think on my feet and figure out how to do them without putting too much weight on my knees. I was able to do 3 burpees. 💪🏾🙂

Hmm... deadlifts - I hate and love them at the same time.
Burpees, oh yes, they are great too, but I think I'll choose Alternating Plank Reach because I train with my wife and this exercise gave us the most smiles and motivation as we watched each other ❤👍💪🔥
